  Horrible guy! Took my money knowing I have health issues and children, had my car(s) for seven months, did not repair them properly, always had an excuse when I call to check on my cars, even yelled and started arguments, now they claim he’s been “deported “ all of a sudden when I come to pick my cars up, he kept trying to charge MORE outside of the payment agreement Henry M Reyes Martinez is highly unprofessional and argumentative and manipulative!

  This mechanic shop is shady. My son took his Ford fiesta to look at his A/C. They informed us it was a bad AC compressor. They had the car for almost a week and returned it back to us and the AC was working. Within a couple of days, it had stopped working and blowing hot air. We took it back to the shop, since they said that they had replaced the AC compressor, and asked him to take a second look since we had paid $700 for the repair. After 5 days at the shop, I got visited by police officer at 1:30 in the morning, waking me up, informing me that the car had been involved in a traffic stop on the Texas side. An employee of the shop was driving the car. Obviously, we did not authorize this person this shop to drive the vehicle at thst time of night.. i did not press any charges at that time. All we wanted was a fixed A/C that we had paid for.
  
  I spoke with the owner of the shop the next day and informed him of what had happened. I asked that the car be either fixed or we would pick it up at the end of the next day. He admitted his employee was wrong to drive the vehicle for personal use. The employee said "he just needed to go to a friend's house". I told the owner that if he would just fix the car, as promised, I would pick it up and we would be on our way. The next day the car was "fixed" and we picked it up. It worked for about 3 hours and the AC went out again. This shop refused to refund the labor and also refused to provide an invoice stating they had replaced the compressor. They also refuse to stand behind their "lifetime warranty' on the work they had supposedly done and would not refund any of the labor. In my opinion, they did not replace the compressor, otherwise they would have backed it up with documentation.
  
  I'm a person who normally likes to support small businesses. I've chalked this up to lesson learned for using a mechanic that I did not have any personal knowledge or knew anyone that had used them. They certainly scammed us. I saw one other review of someone accusing them of dri ing their vehicle unauthorized so i feel they probably do it a lot.. Do NOT use this shop, unless you want to gamble with services rendered and don't want your car driven unauthorized for personal use.

  Outstanding customer service, all I came for was a radiator replacement and he went all out including things I did not pay for, and was very quick to find the problem and get it replaced, would recommend to anyone!

  Henry was a lifesaver. We were five hours into a trip to Dallas and our truck broke down about 9:00 at night while traveling through Texarkana. He was with his daughter at the mall when we called and he arrived at our location where broke down within 15 minutes. He helped with arranging towing it to his shop where he began working on it that night. Our truck is a 350 diesel so that made it that much harder to get repaired. He also helped us arrange hotel accommodations that night. It was not an easy repair but he did an excellent job. All this and his charges were even better than reasonable. The best thing about the whole incident was his friendship and professionalism. It’s great to know that there are still people out there like Henry. Thanks Henry, you’re one class act. God bless!!!!

  Giving all glory to the almighty father .. Thank you for allowing us to see 2024 . I want to give a big thanks to Smart Solution Repair for a great blessing you helped me with getting my car back on the road took time out of your day to help me words can’t explain how much I’m thankful for you being so generous.. I will always come to Smart Solution Repair for my service..It’s not easy to find someone with a generous heart especially being from LOUISIANA I think I’m gonna like it here in Texarkana..   Broke down about halfway through a 12 hour trip. Took my car to him and he got it fixed up and back on the road and I was able to finish the last 350 miles. Super nice, great service, reasonably priced, if you ever break down in Texarkana this is the guy to go to!

  After going to a shady mechanic and being taken advantage of, it worked out in my favor that I got Henry’s contact information from a guy while at O’Reilly’s. My car was showing about 9 codes from my check engine light that apparently the shady mechanic didn’t do anything right AT ALL! I did my research and reached out to Henry Reyes on that same day, which happened to be a Sunday, knowing I had to work the next day. Henry was so understanding and came to me to check the issue I was having because I was afraid to continue driving my car in its condition. He talked to me and explained everything while pointing it out and making sure I understood. I appreciated that. We then took it to his shop and he got it fixed up for me that same day! He changed my oil filter housing and spark plugs and now BLU riding like new money baby! I can’t thank him enough! His prices are not cut throat either!!If you are looking for a honest, real, hardworking mechanic, then you have found him here! Save his contact information and tell him I referred you!

  My van broke down on the highway about 40 miles west of Texarkana and within the hour, these guys were at our location helping solve the problem. The issue with the van required two round trips back the other way for parts and these guys didn’t bat an eye and still managed to keep their prices fair. Highly recommend. Thank you!

  Kids and I were five hours away from our home in TX while traveling from AR and Henry quite literally saved the day when my alternator & battery decided to take a dump.   Great place to fix your vehicle issues and it opens 24 hours! The advice he gave to my tires is very helpful even though he doesn’t sale tires. I had a great talk with him. I even took notes from his talk about how to take care of my Nissan.

  Henry is a rare find. He is a honest mechanic with a generous heart. My granddaughter found a used bus that needed a lot of repairs. She found Henry online and we made arrangements for Henry to fix the bus and let us know when she could travel from Colorado to Texas to pick it up. He helped her out while in Texas plus got the bus fixed so she was able to travel home with absoltly no problems. I would highly recommend Henry
