Definitely avoid this place like the plague. We spend, make that "spent" over a million dollars a year with them but then they wake you up in the middle of the night for a parking fee that is "new."

We needed gas so we went to this station since it was Shell gas. I couldn't believe that it had a Steak and Shake, Dunkin Donuts, Texas Best Smokehouse and a Golden Chick all inside. They had a lot of gifts, fudge, snacks and many other items. It had something for everyone. I will definitely go back to have some BBQ and go to Steak and Shake.

Our first time here. I would have given it five stars, but the ambiance is late American truck stop. The veggies I had (green beans and mushrooms) were hot and not overcooked. My pulled pork was excellent! They have two bbq sauce choices. The wife had sausage links, corn on the cob, and baked beans. She says her homemade beans are better, I agree. The portions are big enough that you could probably eat half (unless you're a glutton like me) and have a second meal. Staff were smiling and friendly. We would definitely eat here again.

This was a huge disappointment.
We were expecting great ribs and they were out of ribs.
Maybe another time.

Every time we gone in location to get a loaded barrel baked potato there out. Called the other location person said they had plenty get here and was told there out. Then asked to see Manger and employee walks away like nothing happen said he's been working since 2 and phone never rang. The phone was silent cause he erased the number in front of me. So I'm not happy about either location

Three times in three months I have stopped here and nobody is at the counter and if they see you they ignore you. I'm done with this place!

Trucker rip off. You find a place to park on the pilot app website. It says general parking 25 spaces nothing about prime. Now you get here and have to pay, no exceptions. Now, I won't spend a penny in the store because of this. Owner is looking to take advantage. I would have spent twice the parking for food and beverage. Now I will purposefully walk across the bridge and spend my money elsewhere even though the bbq smells good. It's the principle. Country wants goods but they screw the trucker with this parking crap.

I really enjoyed my visit here. Everyone is always friendly, professional, and courteous. Dee Dee always has a smile on her face and ready to help. Krystal, the manager at Dunkin Donuts always writes a friendly message on my coffee cup. Shelly, Alex and Sam at the gas station are always pleasant and nice. This is all possible under the leadership of Maria and her attention to detail! Great job everyone!!! Also the barbecue brisket is amazing!!! The bathrooms are spotless too?
