“Traveling from Dallas to Arkansas I had issues with my rear passenger tires on my dually. Long story short I contacted Mavis Tires and spoke with a young lady named Mya. This young lady has great customer service skills. She helped me from the time I called, until the service was done. It's refreshing to deal with customer service like I received from Mya, as well as the young man who is the tire tech.”
“Highly recommend Daniels Tire Shop!! I went with our truck to get new tires but we had a big issue... the lug nuts on one tire would not budge. Juston and his team worked on that tire for what felt like forever. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the lug nuts off. But they were kind and sent me to a neighboring tire shop.
After several more stops, I returned to get the tires changed ( which was the intention all along). They changed out 4 tires, new sensors in 2 tires, and a new set of lug nuts for less than 3 tires every where else we had called. Oh and those tires have free rotation for the life of the tires at no extra cost!!!

“*****Open 7 days a week.*****Friendly and Reasonably Quick.I bought tires via Online saving about $78 per tire versus Sam's Club even with Plus Membership.Sam's WILL NOT mount any tire that is not specific to the vehicle nor will they if bought from anywhere other than Sam's Club.Sam's Club employees complain about management and not permitting breaks, everybody knows it.A-Z you guys seem so happy even though it was hot and the work is dirty.Thanks Craig and Lee for your help.My apprehension was just shattered, I'm lining up my other wheels to wrap them as well.Business Cards need to be made, just a helpful tip, I'm going to play with it and drop some off sometime.”

I was sent to Southern Tire Mart by Daniels Tire Shop because I had one tire with the lug nuts ceased on. The staff was quick to try and get them off. When that was unsuccessful they made some calls and connected me to someone who they believed would get the lugs off.
Even though I didn't purchase anything from them, they happily gave 30 mins of their work day to see if they could help.
I appreciate their kindness and helpfulness to put me in contact with the next place I went.”
