This woman tried to ruin my eyebrows. It seemed like she use to care when her store first opened but now she doesn’t. She took way way too much off and make my eyebrows extremely uneven, they didn’t even have a similar shape she made one waaay shorter than the other. The only people I see walking out with good eyebrows already have perfect eyebrows. I fully regret ever giving her a second Chance. Don’t let this woman touch your face.

I have been going here literally for years and have never had an issue. I have not waxed ever since I came here for threading. I wish I knew about it sooner. Also the ladies are so kind and they always remember me so I don't have to say what I want done. 1000000% recomend

Years ago this use to be a decent place. Now when I come in I have to ask 3x to wax my eyebrows instead of threading them . My brows never come out right now they take too much off and after threading it’s harder to get the hairs to grow back from the tension and aggressive pulling .Service: Eyebrow threading

Went for tinting and the lady did a terrible job. I wish I could request my money back. I told her I wanted it to be very light because of my natural hair color. My eyebrows turned out black. I had to go to sally beauty to get product to strip the color out, because I left there looking like a complete clown.

The last two times (today and Dec 18, 2020) I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded, they messed them up. They normally do good. I don’t know what’s going on with them now. I tried to wait for my eyebrows to grow back before coming today but ended up with another gap.
