This has been the ONLY U-haul I've use on Stateline since I've been living in Texarkana. Always a great helpful & friendly staff. I very much appreciate the expedient service & orderly fashion by which I'm always accompanied with. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for U-haul services in the Texarkana area.

Amazing service from Bobbie K and Assistant Manager Chris! They helped us and we were in and out in a very short time and back in the road. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend!

The people here are VERY uninviting. I don't know what it is about this town, but there is just no sense of customer service, and it blatantly shows. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because they had what I needed. Nothing more.

After renting a U-haul van and being told several different things about price per mile and tank being full to their standards . After getting van I went to gas station and put almost $19 to full , that’s when pump shuts off in my opinion and it’s full . Talked with call center and lady notes to account situation and says they’ll settle up with me . I put 5.5 gallons in and they gave me a gallon a half refund . When I took back it was full past fulll . Live and learn

They had my ordered prepared and ready pretty quickly. My main complaint is price. Online was 1 price when I went to pick it up a little more.
