This is the best place to store items!! I have worked with Stormy several times in the past year and she has been professional and a great help to my sister and I when we have needed storage services. She is a great site manager and I recommend her, and Lockaway Storage to all of my friends and family needing storage space in Texarkana.

Manager is great. Quick and easy move in. My review is on the Manager here. Professional and courteous. Showed me several units. I rented 1 that I wasn't expecting and I got 50% off. Jesse is probably 1 of the best people I have dealt with.

My name is Ken and I've been a customer of u store- it for at least 4 1/2 years. I've had financial situations that have come up several times and Jessie has really been a God sent. He's bent over backwards for me so that I wouldn't lose my belongings. They should use him as a training aid as to how to be a manger. They're lucky to have him and I'm honored to have met him.

I am doing this for my mother Deborah Anderson/Thompson unit 352. She had been with this Storage place for awhile now. She loved the friendly personality of the manager and the welcoming feeling you get when she came in to pay her unit. Always so nice and clean.

I started renting my storage with U-Store-It in January of 2024 the application process was quick and easy and available to be completed online which was convenient. My experience has always been pleasant, and any questions that I have Jesse is always available to answer or get back with me quickly when they are busy. I strongly recommend the location on South Lake Drive in Texarkana for your storage needs you will not be disappointed.
