Love this place! Staff is helpful and of something doesn't work for you you can return it even if you used it a few times! Something for everyone. Brow bar is amazing. Definitely worth trying!

Over priced, for cheap products. Don't bother. Can't give 0 stars, the owner's response clearly indicates they either didn't understand what my comment meant or they don't care.I don't care about the prices, I never mind paying for good quality products no matter the price, but when all your products are priced as if they are the absolute pinnacle of top quality, but don't deliver the absolute pinnacle of that level of quality...

I'm a pretty slow and detailed shopper, and I was fortunate enough to get Natasha's help very quickly. She worked patiently with me until I I figured out my first choice, and then another customer was wanting her help. I told her to go ahead, and she said she would come find me to finish me up when she finished with the customer. A mere 2 or 3 minutes later, she was right back by my side helping me again. Thank you, Ulta, for hiring an amazing employee. She couldn't have been nicer, and I'm very thankful for my experience today and most every time I shop at Ulta.

best ulta i’ve ever been in i’ve been here 2 time just for a quick trip but they’re really friendly and nice. they tried to help me if i need which i really appreciate because at other locals ulta they are mostly busy or just doesn’t want to help. Thanks for the friendly experience from one of the workers here who helped me find the cream blush I needed ?.

I went in Store; was not greeted by either of the 2 ladies at front register. They had no customers. I asked where the gel nail polish was. One of them stepped into the isle and said it's down a couple of isles to the left. We'll, there were many. Iles to my left. I stopped and looked up front of or assistance. One left for back of store after she pointed me down the isle. The other one looked as if she didn't care to help. I can't stand the way some store employees treat their customers. They acted as if I was bothering them.
