Horrible place to get service done I bought a mower from them that was under warranty and it quit working took it up there only for them to say it wasn't covered under warranty and try to charge me $900 to fix it and when I said no I can't afford it they still charged me $300 labor for taking off a wiring harness. I will NEVER go back there for NOTHING
***UPDATE***
The manager Mike reached out and apologized and also refunded the $300 labor charge. As for my mower my husband spliced the bad wiring harness bad together and had our mower completely put back together and running in 15mins after getting it home. I still give the shop guy Daniel ⭐ 1 star bc he is NOT NICE/HORRIBLE customer service. But I give the business manager Mike ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars bc he tried his best to make it right for us afterwards.

I’ve visited the Texarkana location several times in the past few months, usually the exceptional parts department, for new parts for my eight year old D140 lawn tractor. They have always been friendly, helpful and had what I needed. Last weekend the parts department routed me to the service department to address a question I had. Brandon in the service department took 15 to 20 minutes to listen to my issue and direct me away from my initial repair ideas to a much simpler and cost effective repair I could do myself. The repair worked exactly as he said it would. EXCELLENT service!!! Thanks Brandon !!! I’ll be a long time customer based on the quality service I get from everyone at United AG and Turf Texarkana.

This place ain't too bad of a place to work, but if your willing to rob Peter to pay Paul out of your own bank account to make ends meet and want to work for $15,000.00 a year salary for partial salary( only if you work 40 hours) + 20% commision, then this is the place for you, but keep in mind you will have to drive your own truck, make your own deliveries, and use your own fuel and wear and tear of your own vehicle with no compensation for it, and if you leave there they WILL NOT PAY YOU WHAT YOU HAVE COMING TO YOU!!!Be mindful of what they tell you cause not all of your duties are laid out in black and white, like going and getting repos out of your own pocket, auctions if they don't make a profit then it comes out of your pay, drawback salary, gross profit of $250,000.00 before you start making more than $15,00.00 a year, only at $1,000.00 per year increase until after 25 years you can make a base pay of $25,000.00.
