Mail carrier is to lazy to leave mail at my doorstep so he uses my dog as a excuse of interference, and now my mail is being returned to sender back to the UK!

These are some of the most unreliable under experienced laziest ppl ok the planet..Texarkana is not that BIG and for something the be out for delivery since 6 something a.m and still not being delivered..this type of performance is piss poor and un exceptional....if ppl don't like they job move out the way and find something YOUR LAZY ASS CAN DO...

Claim to deliver packages when they don't or just don't bother to come down our street at all. Sometimes don't get mail for days. Can't call local # they won't answer. Leaves our box open when raining multiple occasions. Always on their phones swerving up n down our back roads. Onw actually hit my dads teruck bc they were on their phone not paying attention and of course took several mknths for them to even pay for repairs. waste of government funding on these drivers. You would think for what they make they would half ass attempt to do their jobs
Elon should have definitely sent these folks packing.

The problem with this place is, it's the only post office that serves 70,000 people. It's always busy, so the fault falls on the post office for lack of service centers, since this office serves 2 states.

It just seems like everyone in this town are just rude and unprofessional and most definitely ghetto because who let these people work at a post office with such an ugly attitude I have a whole business on my own and no one is like that but we’re not from here we’re from the woodlands Texas , supervisor is no better like why are you even working customer service if you’re going to be rude and unprofessional .

We aren't receiving our mail like we're supposed to, and our packages are being delivered to the wrong address. I tried to call, but the phone merely rings for 7 minutes and 27 seconds exactly, then gives a busy signal. What happened to the Postal Service? If you're reading this management, you're a joke!!!

We love our regular postal carrier—she’s fantastic and always does a great job. However, anytime someone else is delivering, things go completely wrong.
We were sitting by the window one day and watched the carrier drive by, only to receive a notification saying they attempted delivery but no one was available—which was absolutely not true. On top of that, in our neighborhood, mail often ends up at the wrong address, and it’s frustrating to have to track it down.
The last straw was when I ordered a book that was marked as delivered, but no one in the neighborhood has seen it—not even me. It feels like the carrier decided to keep it for themselves.
This inconsistency in service is unacceptable, and it’s disappointing considering how reliable our regular carrier is.
