My boyfriend bought a phone here and was told they would give him $800 for his phone. It was practically brand new with no scratches or cracks. When the new phone broke and we were getting the information to get it fixed, we noticed that they only credited his account with $165… that was for a phone he only used for about 6 months.once it was noticed the guys on Richmond tried to help us, but couldn’t because the one on Arkansas Blvd is owned by a 3rd party cellular company. When we went to ask about this the young lady wasn’t very helpful. We tried speaking with her and she was new, so she called her boss. The boss wouldn’t do anything either. They didn’t care that they had completely ripped him off. He got upset and she threatened to call the police. Just take my word for it… don’t trust them and their trades and practices

I want to tell you thank you for your patience and understanding of your company process even doe you did everything.I watched how this business process takes so long and witness how long you have prepared yourself on one account.I witness how rude Verizon business customer service department was highly rude toward you during the conversation of the process as well at around 11:15am to 11:45 am and they hang up on you! .This experience was very stressful and embarrassing to me as a business owner of more than one small business In Texarkana Arkansas and Texarkana Texas.You have been very helpful and very respectful you are the best they have and to see how you was treated yesterday especially on your birthday.I said she has went beyond her job duties to make sure I get my phone and service switch over.It took over 8 1/2 hours after carefully seeing this I ask myself Verizon is supposed to Respect their customers or business clients especially their “Workers” , .If they don’t make you a Director I don’t know what they doing.My experience with you always been pleasant.But, Verizon has lost me completely.Thank you for your efforts Because your ability of handling stressful business department I will send my business clients your way .Thank youAgain,Ms.Williams

Sent daughter to get iPad activated, colossal failure. Took the money didn’t provide the service .The Verizon name was damaged that day , back again today let’s see how it goes.

It was a hectic experience, but it was due to tech issues . Staff was great . Awesome phones . Photos of.phones will be up shortly . Still getting setup process. My review has changed . Ask before having them run your credit . The tech on their service line brought our credit down and messed up transaction. Real disappointed. Now the staff was not responsible, but , it was a very bad tech error . Costly to our credit line . Make sure you ask if they are having technical problems first . So 5 stars ? going down to 3 ....

Customer service is lacking. This store is not on the same page as Verizon corporate. We just had a horrible experience with this location. When you call the store you get the call center and even they aren't on the same page. Today, I received 3 different stories (from the call center, the store manager, and Verizon corporate) regarding my online order for store pickup at this location. We will not be back.

This was the quickest Verizon visit EVER! The young lady who helped me was very thorough as well as proficient. She went over everything with me, gave me discounts accordingly, activated my new phone and even put on my tempered glass and case and I was in and out in 30 min. Tops! The ladies were so funny and made the environment relaxing and enjoyable. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and this was by far the best customer service and care I have ever had! Way to go Russell VZW!❤️This Okie will definitely be making the trip to go back for all my needs

The service at Russell Cellular was great. My representative, Jessica, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to help set up my new phone. Everyone at the store was friendly and they made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this store.

The Verizon corporate personnel don’t seem to be very helpful. After my phone began having problems (I was dreading getting a new one), I tried an authorized retailer instead of the corporate store. Russell Cellular had the best customer service. I was very pleased to say the least.
