Was trying to help my nephew get his medicine he desperately needed from another state and they were cold, rude, and extremely unhelpful or sympathetic. Customer service isn't the same as what it used to be when people cared about each other. So sad :( do better Walmart

I don’t even know where to start….they don’t answer phone calls, when you call a medication in it’s never ready and some times never even gets processed. It’s quite ridiculous.

Andrea the woman with the black and blue hair is extremely rude and needs to learn how to talk to people correctly. If u don’t like ur job find another one but all that attitude is uncalled for

Kisha was absolutely amazing. She stayed calmed and helped me with an insurance problem to where it saved me over 400 dollars. I definitely recommend her as ur pharmacy technician. She is so patient and kind ❤️ thank you again ms. Kisha

I was in Walmart’s Pharmacy yesterday, as I am every month. Evelyn, Angie, Nell, and Andrea have always greeted me with a smile, and it’s always nice to go to a place as large as Walmart where they know you by name. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people or pharmacy.

Even though their pharmacy is open they fail to answer the phone. Called 10 times to verify a prescription came through because it didn't the first time. I drove to the store finally to verify. Very poor customer service!

Every month I have to wait at least 15 minutes or more in store despite being told when my mother's prescriptions will be ready. I usually have to make several calls before I can get any staff to answer the phone. I will be transferring my mother's prescriptions to Walgreens as I've never had any problems with picking up prescriptions on time.

I called take sure a prescription was ready. When I got there it wasn't. It is always so busy and takes forever. Use a different pharmacy.
