They allowed someone to walk in type in a cc number with no id that cost me 590 dollars I live in KY I've never been here I have been on the phone 2 hours no one will help me obviously you have a thief that would allow a 500$ purchase with no id. also no one will answer the phone at the actual Walmart in Arkansas so I had to online chat and call in to customer service to be told it ain't there problem.

I do all my shopping here, but there's a lot of time when the product is out. And you have to get it from another store. When you just want to go to only 1 place to do your shopping.

Waited over 30 minutes on lunch break and ask 7 employees for someone to help unlock glass doors to purchase beauty product......but no one had key and no one ever came to help.......unbelievable

Employees are always in the aisles talking and do not move out of your way. They take up the aisle with the online order carts. When you call the store no one ever answers the phone.

Twice in the same month while using, scan and go walking out the door. Was stopped for a supposedly random check of my groceries? I believe it's because I was using scan Go and brought my own bag in instead of taking out their plastic ones. But the straw that broke the camels back was when I use the app when I was traveling in fort Worth Texas then when I got back to Texarkana almost out of gas they would not let me use my phone because they said I needed to have the card that was on it with me to give the card number and the security code. Instead I had to go home without gas. I called the support line and to find out why they did this? Even though I have my driver's license and I couldn't even get the gas over at the window or why they did this. They would let me know. They never did. I canceled my Walmart Plus subscription. They must not need me or they would at least call back with me on it.
