My fiancé purchased my ring when he purposed August of 2023 online and we’ve had to take my ring 2 times for it to be repaired and sent off. They have sent it off due to it changing colors or being cracked. I am sick of it and very disappointed. This will be my 3rd time and I’m not doing it this go round.

You people have absolutely wore me out! I purchased a ring from you 2 years ago. I have gotten non stop emails from you ever since. I finally blocked you over a year ago. But still I have to trash at least one email a day, sometimes 2! I will never buy anything from you again because of this. This is ridiculous! Seriously who is over your marketing? Geez say "Hi" every now and then. But everyday? Y'all are worse than panhandlers!

Bought a white gold beautiful ring from here it was over 3k on sale and I can wear it for a week or so and it put blisters on my finger so I tried another finger same thing so now they say they are going to dip it in gold again I have not got it back yet but I will be getting it phrased this time

I've received my order almost a month ago and still tying to get an refund on some of the items I brought online first the lie was the system down and can't do return on online orders. But when comes to it they just not qualified nor have the knowledge of the new system update ? if you can't keep up with technology time to retire!!!

I placed an order online and received an email that it was ready for pickup. The morning I decided to pick up said order I checked the hours online. It said that the store opened at 10 A.M. I arrive just before opening hours and wait for them to open. I waited an hour past the posted open hours and no one had shown up or unlocked the doors. I reached out to customer service and they stated that they were probably just running late and did not apologize at all for the inconvenience.
