Went to 7/11 in Texas City because Starbucks is closed and under construction. My lid on my coffee cup kept falling off and fell on the floor so I told the lady.and she looked at me and said it’s going to be the same size lid. Ummm I was like I just want a new one so I went I got another one. It fit the cup, just fine, but while I was walking up to the register, saw her ringing the guy up that was in front of me with peer disgusted in her face because he added another item to the transaction. I couldn’t take it anymore. I set my coffee down and just walked out!!!! unacceptable Customer service!!!!! I will never return.

We went to get drinks this evening. The coke and the Dr Pepper were both out and we got told she didn’t know how to change them. She walked to the back after this and comes back and stated she tried to change them but couldn’t lift the box. To add icing to the cake I usually get a cup of ice, and as you can see in the photo if you zoom in I discovered a roach in my cup. Talk about disgusting. Definitely will not be returning here!
