These people were calling me two weeks before my payment was due every day. They would call me at 8 o’clock in the morning. Who does that, now it’s like I don’t want to pay them anything. They call like 5 times a day!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would but I have to give a 1 star to be able to even put a review. There was roaches in the fridge delivered today. I called to ask if that's "normal" to see Aaron's response. They said no obviously. I asked if they clean the fridges between uses because this one was visibly dirty and smelled terrible and they assured me they clean them between customers. We were in a bind as our fridge went out and we can't get a new one from Lowe's delivered for a week or two. Disgusting to see roaches come out of the fridge that we are renting for a week. I refuse to use it. DO NOT YSE AARONS FOR ANYTHING EVEN IF ITS FOR ONE DAY, if the fridge has roaches, I'm sure all of their items do as well. Sickening!

I had a really good experience. I wish I would have remembered their names but the lady behind the counter was friendly and got everything setup for me. The 2 gentlemen that delivered my washing machine were fantastic. They were very friendly, got my washer hooked up, and made sure it was running properly before leaving. They even got a kick out of all the animals we have lol

Soooo terrible!!My fiance and I have been waiting for a working washer for over a month. We have been doing business with them a few years now this is our third product we are buying from them. We have not been able to use the washer it will not spin they came to service it toke it then returned it but still doesn't spin and was supposed to replace the washer with a different one and have not they keep telling us everyday they're going to show up between a certain time and I wait instead of doing my running around for my wedding for this Saturday I am waiting on them constantly I've had to waste additional money and time to go to the washateria .I have 7 kids 3 dogs 2cats in my household . My fiance has talked to everyone in the store and gets the same thing each time "yeah we will take care of it" but nothing and no one shows up.

Sales personnel always try to get me the best deal..Very friendly people. I have been buying from them si ce 2008. I can go elsewhere but I like their service.

From day one we've have nothing but problems with this store I would not recommend them at all the store manager deacon is good for nothing now I will say that Don and Zane are very professional and both need a raise and job promotion they were awesome

I wish I could give this store manager less than 1 star. I rented furniture until o could buy some because I was short on time with working. I bought furniture and called these clowns to come pick up their couch. Here it is a week later, and it's still in my home. They don't credit you your money. The corporate idiot told me that when o called. So now I have to pay another month of storage fees because I can not get these clowns to come get this couch so I can put MY furniture that o have in storage in my apartment. They are costing me money... I told them o would only need it for a short time. But I guess when you can work as a manager and no college is required....
