I have been working with AI United for over a year now and I must say the agent Ana does a wonderful job and has helped me countless times in getting the best possible rates for ins. She answers the phone almost every time I have called and it seems every time I've gone in she is working alone but still gets the job done and in a very timely manner. Keep up the good work Ana and she definitely deserves a raise!!!

Tried to tell them that the insurance company I got through them never picks up the phone not returns messages, the dummy gonna tell me to keep calling them. If I'm telling you they aren't answering why would I continue to so that and waste more time. Y'all the ones who shopped insurance companies for me but can't see what the problem is
