This is the worst bank I have ever had the horror of coming in contact with where's customer service? Hold a $100 check after having the account for 2 weeks, for 9days. Don't open it down here awful.

Zoe Paz, my loan officer, saved the day ... and my car ... when I had lost all hope. She worked with me like no banker would.Dana Esther, one of the wonderful tellers there, reminded me what it's like to love working at your place of employment. All the ladies there had huge smiles on their lovely faces.I'm glad I bank here.

I want to think Amoco employees Paris, Olivia and Kaurtney for their expertise in handling a suspicious credit card transaction for me. I was in foreign territory, but they new exactly what to do and handled everything. I have been a member since 1968, and the Texas City branch has always been there for me. Thank you!

Been a member for years, and the staff is super friendly, courteous, and professional. They always tend to and fulfill my banking needs. It doesn't matter who your teller is; you will always get a friendly smile and quality customer service from the tellers to the managers, to and even the security guard.

Kelly at the Amoco branch in Texas City has been a blessing to me and my mother. She is always so professional, friendly and kind. She makes sure to always treat us with the upmost respect and goes out of her way to make sure we have the best experience every single time. My mother struggles with a language barrier and she is always so sweet to help her. My mother loves Kelly. Truly an asset to this branch! ?

I went to AMOCO the other day and I had a great experience with Astrid! She had a great attitude and the brightest smile ( I saw her through the window and she waved lol). If you ever need to go to the bank I highly recommend her!

I enjoy this branch being very understanding and helpful. Went for an auto loan and they helped me get through all of the hurdles so that I could get the vehicle I wanted. Very professional staff, always willing to help.

I absolutely love Amoco FCU! Whitney Barnes is the best! She is so sweet, professional and extremely informative about all of the services AFCU has to offer. She is honest so that whatever decision you make you can feel comfortable that you made the right one. Plus she always make herself available for anything you need!

Me and my daughter purchased a vehicle with Amoco and Mrs Whitney Barnes assisted us with everything. Mrs.Barnes was very professional, sweet and on time with everything she even stayed late to call me back and answer any questions that I sent by email to her. Her patience that she has for her customers was awesome and goes over and beyond. I’ve always had nothing but good experiences with Amoco with everyone that works there are so welcoming. Location wise is kind of far from main streets in Texas City but great because is empty most of the time so no waiting time. Very friendly and fast service.
