I love that I accidentally found Ashley - She’s amazing at what she does and she knows her stuff! I love how she cut my thick hair to keep me cool on the hottest days in TX. After going to her a handful of times for my thick hair to dye red and cutting it into beautiful layers like I wanted it, I brought my son to her. 10/10 recommend her for the kiddos as well!

She is the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to! She doesn’t just do your hair, she educates you on what she is doing to your hair and what to do to keep your hair healthy and happy. I’ve been going for about a year and each time I go she is so friendly and helpful!

Renee Spurgeon the owner and operator of Envy Hair Salon is not professional. A huge mistake was made on my hair and she is blaming me. She knew I had surgery three months prior getting my roots done for the second time with her. She knew I had bariatric surgery prior to putting bleach on my hair. She burned my hair off and then did a horrible chop job trying to cut off the damaged hair. I had to go to another salon to have it cut. She only returned $100 of my $155 that she was paid only because I asked her. I contacted three different manufacturers and all three of them agreed that my bariatric surgery has zero effect on bleaching my hair and I had surgery three months prior to getting my hair bleached. She knew all of this. Yet she wants to turn around and blame me and say well you had surgery and blah blah blah she knew all of this and as the professional if she thought for one minute there was going to be a negative reaction she should've said I'm sorry I can't do your hair right now we are going to have to wait. But greed took over and my hair got damaged. When I reached out to her a week later after I had calm down to discuss what happened she again blamed me yet again and refused to give me the rest of my money back. She offered me free Ola Plex treatments until it grows out. Does she honestly think I would walk back in there after what happened? I told her that's fine you have stated how you feel about this so I will contact the Better Business Bureau, the Texas Department of licensing and regulations and of course YELP. Do yourself a favor, save yourself misery and go somewhere else.

Whatever you do DO NOT USE APRIL she did an absolutely terrible job (what I asked for on the left vs what I got on the right) she claimed she had 34 years doing hair and she made my hair look absolutely terrible! Definitely was not worth $260! She was very unprofessional and seemed intoxicated, I kept telling her I didn't like my hair and she just told me it would look better after I showered and rinsed my hair at home and then she told me to come back in a couple weeks to fix it... do not use this lady she has no clue what she's doing and I ended up finding out she has ruined quiet a bit of peoples hair and I have reported her to the cosmology board.

Envy salon saved me from a trauma! I went to Envy salon after going to salon that seemed hip and I asked for something I have had done for years. I was so upset with results went in and saw Kathy Lemmons she fixed the issue! And she knew exactly what I wanted. I am so happy Kathy is laid back and chill and saved my hair from the salon I thought was hip. She surprised me and did great! I am so grateful! Coming from New York I am particular w what I want but she got me!

I have been going to Renee since 2005. She does an amazing job with hair styles and color. I trust her 100% and highly recommend her. I am so proud of her when she opened her own salon. Very clean and friendly environment. I am always a satisfied customer/friend. You can't go wrong at this place. Needs 10 stars.

I have been a customer of Rene's for 19 years. She is a masterful color artist and I'm one of those types that lets no one else touch their hair. I make Envy my one stop shop for hair, nails and massage. Kay Kay (nails)and Sharon( massage) are awesome. Go see them tell em I sent you!

Envy Hair Salon is the best!! Beautiful salon with lots if services. The owner, Renee Spurgeon, is brilliant with hair color. The staff is friendly and the nail salon is top notch. I highly recommend this place!
