I had the worst experience at this location dealing with the manager Frank. Very rude, no customer service skills but he’s the manager. Attitude always reflects leadership and he does not need to be in any manager or leader position. Because he was not so welcoming. I asked for another rep that i could deal with he explained that she was on her hour lunch break. I then asked well could you help me because i can’t wait an hour. He told me no get out of the store or wait an hour until the next rep came back from her lunch break. I asked Frank could i get his supervisor information and he stated he is the only boss for this location. I have very high status in my community and will be boycotting and making sure that no one does business at this location. Can someone at corporate please contact me about this matter. Thank you so kindly

Super helpful employees! I went in to get a phone activated and Frank was really nice and helpful. He was quick, switched out SIM cards for me and I was quickly out the door. Great customer service!
