Don't trust Thier ATM. Took my husband's card and no one can explain why, but to give another replacement card. So now currently waiting for the replacement. Do not recommend!

Went in about 3:40 pm to open an account . After waiting about 10-15 minutes i was told that i would have to come back the next business day! I was thinking since i was already there how long does it take to open an account! I am 66 years old! A wasted trip and a waste of my time.

Today I had the unexpected pleasure of speaking with Teresa in Texas, and this Bank Of America company keeper absolutely made my year! She is quitepleasing to the ear, and she has a smiling disposition, which is like an actual shot in the arm! We spoke about my request for check statements, and herprofessionally warm, kind, and welcoming demeanor made me put all of my medical issues on the back burner ALL day! Teresa made me feel just like a much missed close family member! I have starred in a medical horror show for years, ( so to speak) and it was as if Teresa knew how low my mood has been for quite a while. Teresa is without a doubt someone who should be cloned! I'm certain that she has her own load to carry, but she doesn't know how much our interaction greatly lifted my old, tired spirit! I would love to meet this sweet and kind soul, just so I can tell her how awesome she is!A customer of Bank Of America for 28 years!

This is the worst Bank location ever. I wish 0 stars was an option. I can see how the other locations have a good rating and this location is so bad. Terrible customer service. We will drive to another location moving forward.

I have been a Bank of America customer for 2yrs, I have been legally assigned Power of Attorney over 2 individuals that I care for, prior to me opening a account with BOA I mentioned this to a clerk and I was told there will be no problem depositing funds into my account for these individuals since I have all documentation on file, recently I deposited a check into my account expecting everything will be fine and unbeknownst to me that check was not accepted and mailed back to a address that I no longer reside causing much stress and confusion. I have spoken to a branch manager at this location about this incident and I was told to “call to see if a new check can be reissued since the original check has been destroyed” I am now behind on my bills and have been giving the runaround, I was not notified that my check was mailed off to the wrong address yet I receive plenty of advertisements from BOA via email everyday, no one called me to notify me of this incident however my lawyer will be notified of this incident as well as BBB & BOA corporate office, how unprofessional and disappointing of the service here provided to a customer who kept their account in great standing.

Always terribly slow, only 1 employee ever helping people. They obviously only care about making $. The customer service Iliad been gone.

I like going here for the change, the tellers are nice and pleasant, but this bank is always closed and not enough tellers. I have to drive all the way to Dickenson which is inconvenient. Personally I think it is just badly managed.

Been a Boa customer for 25+ years and recently opened a new business location near this bank location. I have been to this branch 3 times now and all 3 times I left with out doing anything. Everytime it seems as if no interest in helping even when I wanted to open a new commercial account. Unfortunately I will most likely close my accounts and will drive a bit further to my new bank chase.
