I want someone to explain to me why, when there are promotions online and in store, lotions and mists are $5.99, they have them for $1 more than the promotion. It has already happened to me twice that I go to this store and the same thing happens to me, and I show them the promotion on my phone.

I’m an self proclaimed BBW number one fan. Out of all the BBW I have been to, Lana at the front counter was extremely professional and friendly. She throughly checked my online order and made sure I was the one picking up the items. I definitely appreciate this step verification for my goods! We all know BBW isn’t cheap. It was wild crazy in there and she wasn’t dropping a sweat with the customers. Thank you Lana! You made my day!

Great selection and prices, but store is small and crowded. Especially during the holidays. They were very organized and helpful though, which was appreciated.

I didn’t appreciate getting ignored while I was trying to check out, especially when the employees seen me waiting in line, they all started scattering instead of checking me out. My grandma tried to tell one lady that I was waiting but the lady walked away and the lady she told was like “oh okay, are you picking up a mobile order,” totally disregarding what my grandma said. I just don’t understand the rudeness.

Haven't been here in years but I have to leave a review. Had a little mishap at the register and Manager Hannah resolved it with ease while simultaneously handling this crazy holiday foot traffic. I definitely won't wait years to come back this time. Great service from the door to the floor to the register!
