Mr. Trevino (branch manager) was really helpful in answering questions about the services they offered. I closed on a HELOC loan very quickly and effortlessly. Zero closing fees and they paid for the appraisal. Rocket mortgage wanted $4k in closing and my local credit union wanted $3k. I shied away from a second mortgage due to the fees but PNC was a clear winner. I will always go PNC for future loan options.

Michael and his Team at Palmer Hwy location in Texas City are amazing! Always so friendly and fast service! I couldn’t ask for a better bank to do business with . I highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs!

No idea if it's just the location of this bank or a problem with the armor truck in general. Friday's are pay days meaning I pull everything from my account and leave like nothing. Unless bills are coming due. I do this because my account has been hacked many times and now I don't do online banking. My issue with this branch is they NEVER seem to have 100s on hand. I withdraw 2k on a Friday and get hand 100 20s! Like who the heck wants a giant stack of 20s? Don't you guys ever have higher denominations? If I go to the Santa Fe location they easily had me 20 100s and life is easier. A safe full of 20s not only take up so much space but is a pain to count. Especially when trying to organize money into correct slots for upcoming bills/deposits.

Been with PNC since 2008. OH, PA and now TX. They have been very growth-oriented, and their help and technology have been strong, and competitive. I've used an Android phone for years and find next to no problems on a daily basis. Cyber issues will be driving their business decisions from a service standpoint moving forward, so customers need to be savvy about technology and expectations. If I could rate a 4.7 I would.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here. I’ve been banking with them maybe 2 weeks and it’s already been horrible. Red flags all over the receptionist, hiding and sugar coating information, and making it seem like the app not working was a one time issue when in reality the app NEVER works no matter what. They also steal $ to overdraft you , so pay attention to how much $$ you have left in ur card If you’re with them.

I’ve been banking at this location through two name changes. Since it became PNC the service has become terrible. There is one employee who has lasted through all of the changes and he is great. Everyone else is rude. A lady teller was ugly to me at the drive through, (guessing it was because I was in my old truck) so I went in and withdrew almost all of my account. This was a very large amount and they didn’t care. No one apologized or tried to make things right. I’m in the process of moving all of my automatic payments so I can completely close my accounts.

This branch is horrible the tellers are horrible and rude. No one seems to know what is going on including the bank manager who has been giving my mother the run around over something that no other bank has given her trouble with handling her deceased husbands account. Ridiculous

Husband called for a new debit card because ours was about to expired. Said they would send a new card on July 30th and now its August 14th . We still haven't received the new card .We have no access to our money . Can't pay any bills with an expired card . Thanks BBVA

Slow waited 30 min in drive thru nobody else in line they never have change needed for business, can't get deposited slips because they are always low on paper products, Wanda was rude and uninviting did not even apologize for the long wait.

I regretttttttttt everrrrrrrr opening up an account with this bank. I came and opened up my account a month ago not very friendly staff(first red flag) unlike other banks you don’t receive your debit card the day you open instead they mail it to you. I was told it would take 7 business days- it’s now been a month and still no card! Therefore I still cannot transfer my funds over. They are not open on Saturdays like most banks. Every time you deposit money into your account you cannot access your own money for 5 days like your a child! This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever banked with, I see why they are being taken over by another bank(PNC) they also do not credit your account for any mishaps on there end like other banks. To anyone considering this bank I strongly recommend that you look else where!

My mother n law went to this location and was treated very rudely by Donnie. He was unprofessional and rude. Its ridiculous that she banks with this bank and was treated as if she wasn't a member.
