Review for Best Western Hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Hotel, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the outstanding service provided by Ronnie. From the moment we arrived, Ronnie was attentive and genuinely caring, ensuring that our experience was nothing short of exceptional.
He went above and beyond to make sure our room met our expectations and was comfortable for our stay. His thoughtful approach and attention to detail made all the difference, making us feel valued and welcomed.
Thank you, Ronnie, for making our visit so memorable! Your dedication to providing excellent service is truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to returning in the future!

First of all, I like to start off thinking, Ronnie and Danny for the Wonderful hospitality With excellent accommodations. I would like to also state that the rooms are extremely clean fresh smelling, and is immaculate condition. The breakfast environment was nice and the food was cooked to perfection.
Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. The accommodations and the hotel team is very professional and friendly.

I love this place especially the jacuzzi’s in the rooms me and my wife come hear all the time, my boi Ronnie be hooking me up everytime we come thru for the usaul haha!

We had a fantastic stay here, Roni really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! We came over in the middle of the night because we were across the street at the Comfort Inn, and we found a cockroach in our room, and we were in desperate need of a room. He assured us we would not have that problem here, even offered to come up with us to the room to make sure there weren’t any bugs and we were happy with it, but we assured him it was fine and we trusted him. Even still, he called us when we got into the room to make sure we were happy and everything was clean and up to standard! Then when we woke up late and asked if there was any leftover breakfast, he unlocked the fridge and got us yogurts and bananas! I don’t know what you’re paying him, but regardless, he needs a raise. We didn’t even tell him we were on our honeymoon, and he still went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Thanks for saving the day Roni!

Front desk agent very welcoming and friendly! Enjoyed our stay, got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi!! Room and lobby nice and clean, had a great selection in breakfast.

The hotel was nice and clean as always. Danny and Ronnie helped us and both of them were very nice and accommodating. They helped my Aunt & I who are both hearing impaired and made us comfortable.
The room was clean with clean linens.
The breakfast was very nice, not overcrowded and had a decent selection.
I travel a lot as a travel agent and would send my clients here in a heartbeat.

I have stayed here many times and always received great service and it's always been very clean. I'd like to mention Danny especially in this post. He has always gone out of his way to provide the best service and made us feel very welcomed.

Beware!!! The manager here is greedy! Upon arrival, our Expedia confirmation was denied and we were told the hotel was full. When expedia called the hotel (I was on hold with them and standing right there) the manager told them he didn’t have a room for us for the $96 confirmed booking, but did have a room for $200. Right there in from of me - he deleted our confirmed room and lied to make an extra $100!! DO NOT trust them!! Go next door for great customer service!
