Dj went above and beyond and was extremely patient while it took me couple of hours to pick out my refrigerator. Help me decide which one would work for me . He even found a measuring tape to measure the width of the refrigerator to make sure it would fit in my kitchen space . Everyone at Conns were friendly and ready to help . I give a high five to DJ for all his help and friendliness. Thank you

Regarding Original Order # 41866327 on 9-9-23, and subsequent re-order Order # 41891261 on 9-19-23, we had a substandard experience. The first delivery attempt on about 9-11 was aborted due to our water shutoff valves being corroded and rescheduled to about 9-15. On the subsequent delivery attempt the unit was observed to be damaged and the delivery was refused. A few days later, the delivery team showed up too late and no one was home to take delivery. First order was canceled due to deliver schedule representative telling us we have to work around Conn’s schedule and not willing to work around our schedule. After having a semi-decent experience at Conn’s last year, we decided to try once more and re-ordered the same machine on 9-19-23, delivery for 9-21-23. That delivery was refused to observed damage on the supposedly new machine while still on the truck. Delivery was rescheduled for 9-23-23. Despite some minor cosmetic damage on the machine on that delivery, we elected to accept it. The entire delivery process is so substandard that I am choosing to waste even more time writing this to you. There is obviously no quality control working at Conn’s after the sale. Being unable to deliver around our busy schedules is a huge minus. Barring improvements to Conn’s policies, we will not being doing business with you again.

Do not waste your money or time with Conn's. My washer broke. I ordered a washer to be delivered because pick up was not available. I paid for delivery and connection. I received an automated call on Saturday to confirm delivery on Sunday. I confirmed an appointment that was assigned to me from 1-4 pm. I received an email confirming the date and time. I skipped church and a family event to get the washer delivered. At 4:30 pm I clicked a link on the email to "track my order". The link did not work. I called the telephone number on the confirmation email. It was an invalid number. So, I googled a number to call. When I called, I was told that not only would they not deliver the order for the washer I purchased, but they were cancelling my order completely. I asked to speak to a manager. That request was denied. I was told by the Conns employee he would look into the situation but he could offer me a 10% discount on another item. Conns prices are more than 10% higher than everyone else except on the washer I ordered. Conns emailed me about a 5 day refund and never called back to explain to me the issue. Can you imagine what their warranty service must be like? Do not waste your money or time on this second rate company.

APPLIED, APPROVED AND WAS IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED BY CONN’S ASKING WHAT I WAS INTERESTED IN PURCHASING.WHEN I ENTERED THE STORE, J TOOK CARE OF MY PURCHASE WITH TOP EFFICIENCY AND EXPLAINED EACH STEP OF THE PURCHASING PROCEDURE. DELIVERY OF MY PURCHASE WILL BE DONE THE NEXT DAY. MANAGER AND STAFF WERE SUPER COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.

Went into the Conns furniture store with my daughter in law. My purchases were more then I was allowed credit wise. My daughter in-law dis purchase a refrigerator and something else . Thus the salesman switch our accounts so that I would qualify for my purchases. I also bought a dresser besides a computer, huge tv and other items. The dresser was sold to me for $300.00 but when I went to the actual store of purchase they charged me $450.00 also I was told it would be interest free but it wasn’t!On my purchases I went into the store cancelled all types of insurances attached to my bill unknown to me! I canceled all of them totaling over $1300.Made $500. Payments most months to pay off within the year of free interest on my bigger order. Never ever got receipt monthly. Went into the store regularly for my balance. Last time in February I was told I owed $800. Made three more months of payments went in yesterday April 30 2023 and was told I still owed $750. Then they canceled another home insurance not known to me that was charged for $309. Filled on documentation to cancel this insurance. Asked to please find out what I owed, was shown my account w that showed I was owed 160.00 . Got a call from the store which I missed call the store back spoke to my salesman and he didn’t know who called me thus he’d call me back. No calls from him till the next day got a call was asked what was the problem and when I started to explain she hung up on me!

My dad's washer broke, and we were able to go in, pick a replacement, and get financing with no hassle. Great customer service.
