Just called and spoke to Jason in parts and service. I was looking at schematics on the ford website and needed to know which part I needed. He wouldn't give me the part number. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he said he was telling me what she has told them in the past. When asked again if I could speak to her he said I could just have a nice day and hung up. Seems someone in customer service would want to service customers. Not with this guy at this place though. Hopefully someone sees this review and makes it right but we will see... I'm a disabled vet also for any vets that are thinking of going here.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. Knowledgeable staff was able to answer all my questions and steamlined the process. We had the deal done over the phone in no time at all and even delivered my vehicle.

I've had a few dealership experiences, albiet usually bad ones. This experience was much different. I walked in without an appointment and George Heitman greeted me immediately. From the start we was extremely friendly and helpful. I had my 4yo with me and a carseat to test in the new vehicle and he made everything very easy. He even had TONS of toys and games at his desk to help keep my my little one occupied. The buying process was as advertised, no bs no gimmicks. Same experience with their finance guy Bernie, who was also very friendly and helpful. I would go out of my way to purchase from here again. 11/10.

My salesman was Ed and was very knowledgeable and respectful. Took extra time to ensure I knew all the features. He even took my call to answer questions after I got home. I got a fair deal and the I wasn’t forced to waste a bunch of time negotiating and the closing was fast and efficient.

Great experience buying from this dealership! Daniel hooked me up and kept me updated throughout the process as I was away on business for sometime. Flew back into town and we made the deal happen with ease. Had a great time doing business with this dealership. Would definitely do business again, if need be.
