The Texas City store saved me. The Santa Fe store sent me out the door feeling unsure. They did not take the time to help me and wasnt very knowledgeable at all!! The girls at the Texas City store were more than helpful, smile on their face and very friendly!!They fixed my problem on the spot! I will be trading with them from now on!!!

When i first came to get a new phone the guy just sold the phone didn't tell me nothing all he care was to sale the phone he walk to back scratching his head this young lady name maribell help me more and explain to me and need more people like her that really care and help elders

Phones even for upgrade are a bit pricey but Service and Reps are very reliable and professional. I have 4 phones through them and would recommend this place to everyone
