Do not come here because they do not have good shoes. I called them a week before and they told me that I could take the shoes back after they gave me blisters. I drove all the way from Manvel Tx and they said well sorry we can’t take them back because they have been worn. After I called them to be absolutely sure that they can before I drove all the way out there they tell me No.
I give this place 1 star.

HORRIBLE service, good deals. You will get a great deal but don’t expect any help or kindness from the staff. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR STUFF BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They forgot to put a pair of my full price crocs in the bag??? And forgot 2 charms. How do you forget to put shoes in the bag at a SHOE STORE??
Little note for their reply: corporate offers a 20% off to buy more of their merchandise so you wont leave a bad review lmao

The store is nice, clean, and they have a good variety of shoes for men, women and children. The review below is based on the service I've received from one standout employee.
I've been having some issues with an online order for the past 2 weeks and because the online agents weren't very helpful, I wasn't expecting much more from the store. I called anyway and got ahold of Kayla G (at the Tanger Outlet in TX City) and she went to work for me. What I needed took some time because of recent changes in Crocs' system, but she really impressed me with her patience, tenacity, and problem-solving skills. It took multiple searches and back-and-forth on the phone, but she got me the answer! She is a detective. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kayla G for going above and beyond to satisfy this customer. You are an exemplary employee and I wish you nothing but the best moving forward!

I overheard one of the employees (she was an older slim lady) bad mouthing a co-worker for simply asking customers "what they were shopping for". The older lady said "I hate when she says that! Why else would they come in here, for shoes! Duh!!!!" I cannot believe that anyone would allow someone so negative in a place that is in retail. What a horrible person!!! Please hire more professional people cuz for a customer to hear that makes me think you have no control or common decency implementation over your staff.
