I had to give them a one star to be able to post or I wouldn't have even Given them one star. My boyfriend's camper was there for three month. Been dealing with them for four years and no matter what you put on your list for repairs only 80 percent gets done and some that is claimed to be done is not correct. They will drag out time until your warranty voids and you brought it three months in advance. The chair was suppose to have been fixed handle was on the floor. He had a bran new fireplace installed and was suppose to get a remote control. He never received the remote that he ordered twice with them. Damaged the rv in transport from the lot to the shop never admitted fault. They Used the toilet #2 and left it. Never flushed the tanks that came with a lifetime warranty but left this. Never again. Waste of time and money.

Went in looking to buy a RV on Saturday the 12th of August at the Texas City location. First thing two guys sitting at the first desk to the right as you enter never got up neither did their dog. We ask about one that was in their ad and quickly got the old " I just sold it" Sure you did. I just called back today to check again and got same reply by phone but the salesman said they may have one at another one of their locations. He told me he would check and call me right back. Well no call from him yet and I don't expect to get one. I would not buy from this company ever. I will be buying fro Camping World. At least they are more professional than this rude group.

I bought a 30 amp power cord (they only had a 30 foot one) from the service department and tried to return it two days later because it wasn’t long enough. Come to find out that they don’t accept returns on electrical supplies. Which when I bought it, I asked the guy if could return it if it was too short and he said I could return it. When I tried to return it, that guy lied and said that he said I could return it that day, which IS NOT what he said. Regardless, that’s not what their policy is… so he shouldn’t have said that I could return it in the first place. Nothing was given to me when I bought it that said I couldn’t return it. All he gave me was a tiny little receipt, nothing itemized on it. I’m never going back here again and no one else should either. Take your business elsewhere.

A great place to shop for an RV. Excellent, knowledgeable staff. We did not feel like we were being pressured into a sale. Steve Carey took great care of us! We definitely recommend it!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who allow buyers to browse without being pushy on the sale. Ritchie and Helen were awesome to work with. We were working with a tight schedule and unfortunately the RV we had our eye on didn’t arrive in time for us to take it, at no fault of Demontrond. They were both professional and understanding - Helen even went above and beyond getting our daughters hat mailed off to us, which she accidentally left at the dealership. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking to invest in an RV!

Worst RV customer service ever!!! I have never been offered my money back, that I paid for a repair to not come back to their service department. Chase is horrible, Ryan doesn't know how to write-up a service ticket and one of the service technicians is a know it all. They don't deserve the one star. Texas City location.

Nice people but just can't seem to get it together in the Collision center. The communication was terrible. I had to pester them about the status of my car when they kept failing to call when they said they would. I had to take the car back. It kept overheating. I thought it was the thermostat. Again they reported that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. My brother, a diesel mechanic that works on tractors, discovered there was no fluid in the radiator. And they left some tools in the engine compartment. WOW

Stopped by this morning to ask if they had anything small with bunkbeds, the guy looked up and down at me and said not at this dealership maybe the other locations have some and that was it. I'm trying to upgrade from my current rv but he didn't ask me jack, if that how they do business, I'll be going somewhere else. I guess I didn't look like the typical rv person, I was driving my daughters little old car and I guess I didn't look the part.

Excellent RV service department. Good communication and allowed larger items be shipped to them that I purchased (axle, Gen Y hitch). Went above and beyond to make sure that things were done efficiently and correctly without rushing.

Forever Warranty! That's the first lie they tell you. Almost 2 weeks they have had my RV and we still have nothing to show that anything has been done. Manager, Chase, obviously doesn't care one bit as he has never returned my calls(6 of them) We have called the Service Dept at least that many times and we still have nothing. This is not worth it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Homeless Almost 2 weeks now....Plus- they tell you to bring it back 1yr later, as we called they had no appointments available for months ,so they suggested the Texas City location, think I'd rather have my feet cut off without a painkiller than deal with these guys again.100% trash!!Even attempted to get ahold of Geaorge Demontrond and Steve Smith

Went to demontrond rv to buy an interstate battery as they are listed as a dealer. Went into the rv service center to ask about buying an h9 agm. No one there 6 of them wanted to be bothered….. guess they’re all too busy. When someone final was able to step away from their internet surfing they said we don’t have it and will have to ask our distributor. They took down my name and number and said they’d call me back. I could tell by their attitude Sure they will and you know what they never did. Don’t waste your time trying to buy batteries here, they obviously don’t want to sell them. Go elsewhere.

Lifetime Warranty with 1 big catch, still have to pay a annual $199 fee. None of which is told to you during the buy process. Pretty sure that will change now though. Never again for us!
