I actually never hired them, BUT I called asking for advice on a mold issue and I spoke for several minutes with an expert. He offered great information without pressuring me to use their company, or sell me stuff I didn't need. He was honest and very knowledgeable. I cannot speak on the services they provide but just having someone answer my questions without trying to charge was very impactful. If I need mold remediation in the future I would not hesitate to pick them. Thanks again.

These people are awesome! The office manager, while not a technical person, was able to give me the basics of how mold inspection/remediation works and what to expect. The guys who came out spent a lot of time in the attic (insanely hot up there) and around the house. They listened to all my concerns and asked lots of questions. The looked inside and outside, took readings and left me feeling confident we weren’t living with deadly mold! They said the final lab report would determine their recommendations but left us with some things we could do immediately to help get rid of mold or stop it from forming. Got my report back within a week.

Charles was patient, knowledgeable and detailed. He took timeout at the end of his busy day and spent at least 45 minutes explaining the mold/water remediation process. He found availability, came out for a consultation and gave details about the job. He was able to have David come out a week later. Impressed by the care that they took to do the entire job. Hardworking and personable. They took extra care with my cabinets and cleaned up everything. It was spotless!Genuine team, excellent work, timely and fair pricing. Incredibly pleased and highly recommend. Thank you!

Charles and crew scheduled me 2 days after I contacted them. They showed up on time and had my water damage from the Texas freeze disaster mitigated in 2 days. They were very professional and efficient, provided good documentation, and their cost was reasonable. I highly recommend them. I referred them to my neighbor who is also pleased with them. Top notch!

This review is specifically for the ease of appointment set up and explanation of testing expectations. Charles was extremely helpful. I set up an online quote, but didn't REALLY know if I needed everything (or really what I needed that fit my situation). Charles walked me through what I requested in my quote; which price-wise was more than fair. After talking it through with him, sending photos over, he broke it down for me in a way that was simple to understand. Right now I need some piece of mind. What I got from our conversation gave me just that. We modified the request, adding a couple more things that should help when we go to sell the house in 3-4 months and was set. I can't say how helpful it is right now given the situation with the busted pipes and such due to cold weather.
