My experiences with insurance companies has been unfavorable; however, my experience with these two ladies has been unparalleled. These are the ladies you hope pick up the phone when have to call a corporation. They work to find you the best deal. My first encounter was with Oneida, she seemed genuine. My second encounter was with heather and “seemed” left the room…these ladies are genuine and honest. I knew my issue wasn’t with them particularly, but the insurance company I chose. Heather with a couple clicks found the issue, printed out the info needed, and resolved the issue as best she could. It wasn’t the best and optimal resolution I wanted, but heather found and fixed the hiccup in all the red tape. Excellent work.
I left with the feeling a kid has when Mom puts a bandaid on a scraped shin and then tells them it will be ok.
Fantastic customer service skills!
