It was so disappointing to walk into Glitz today and not see one familiar face then to top it off the man act like he was trying to force me to get my nails and toes done I told him I don’t want to get no services done there and walked out and after reading the review from 3 weeks ago on here I’m glad I did I refuse to spend my hard earned money on something I’m not familiar with I have no clue where these people came from and to top it off he said everyone is good in there…

Requested very short white tip nails. The gentleman who did the service had very little knowledge of what he was doing and paid $50 for something I hated. I used to love this place not sure what is going on with management but the place is going downhill.

If i could 0 stars but that’s not possible so i’ll give it a 1 star. First of all there so many new hired people who have NOOOOO clue what they are doing. This poor women beside me was trying to tell the lady that her nail is uneven and every employee just started laughing at her or making fun of her, very disrespectful. Now the person doing my nails was also very clueless my nail is all chunky and uneven…. and he cut my cuticle a little too much and he knew i was in pain and kept going. To be honest, he didn’t even know how to file a nail. Such a disappointment these NEW people are so bad and bullies and don’t know how to fix a problem.. I go there very often and if this keeps up the store will just continue to get bad reviews. Please bring back the other employees!!

I’ve honestly tried to give this salon a chance over and over again but the customer service is POOR. Each time I come, I keep having issues with my pedicure and acrylic set. Today for example, my toe nail was clearly chipped and she painted over it without clearly fixing it. If you’re the nail professional, I should not have to stop and ask the nail tech to buff it out, smooth it out or offer an overlay so that it looks neat and professional.
When selecting a nail polish, sometimes you don’t get to see how it looks against the toe nail until a few coats. I asked to remove because it required too many coats for it to look good. They wanted to charge me extra to remove and do over when my other foot wasn’t even done. The nickel and diming of everything, including their mistakes is ridiculous. I should not have to pay for every single thing that should be included in service. It’s ridiculous… people spend way too much money for them
To keep rushing or having people who can’t even communicate due to language barriers. Basic requests is not understood. It’s annoying and frustrating. They are under new management and they need to get it together. I spend well and tip well but today as I walked out of there, there was zero effort to even provide customer satisfaction. I will NEVER come back and spend my money at this establishment.

Come to my nail salon , Lina she did good pedi on my toes. Best massage I ever have . I been here almost 2 years. They have been updated pedi menu too.
