AVOID THE MEAT DEPT!! ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL & RUDE!!
My first time going into this location and will never forget how the young man at the counter by the name of ROYCE was the most unpleasant HEB employee I interacted with ever. From his unprofessional attitude/ lack of initiative skills to his bloodshot eyes and light odor of marijuana and poor customer service skills, I don't plan on returning. I mean, Kroger is right across the street. I understand having a bad day but yelling at someone (A CUSTOMER) the same age as your mother the way you did was unnecessary and illogical. Does he talk to his own mother that way?? or his wife/companion? Disappointment

I have been calling the phone since 7am to speak with someone in Market. The phones are just ringing until eventually it hangs up. This is very unprofessional and not okay. I even called back and asked to be put on hold while they page market and still nothing. Like y’all can not be that busy to were phones are just ringing and nobody hears them.

The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a wide variety of fresh products. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. Although the service can sometimes be a bit slow and there was a small mix-up with my order, they were willing to assist after I clarified the situation. Overall, it's a convenient and pleasant place to shop

4/16/2026 At around noon. I’m Instatacart shopping for two customer all under 20
Items. I go to self check out and a rude Sharon told me no go to register, I told her it’s two orders & she said I don’t care no. I had to wait in a long line just to check out I complained but I bet nothing happens. 10 items in self check out is ridiculous & waiting cost me a good tip because I was late getting to customers. Watching Sharon she clearly has skin color issues, the people with dark skin gut one in one help; lighter skin just got yelled at from afar what to do. I had plenty of time to watcher her & HEB needs to also. We have no room for racist people in America
