Never, ever communicated with me after I endured a head wound in the Galveston store, because of flaws in shelf displays in the area that f packaged dry pasta. LIABILITY. They'd rather a disabled woman veteran as n languish, th as m check to see if there was a single thing their store ir corporation could do to assist. At the very least, 90 minutes after I was injured, I was supposed to have an appointment with a physician at the Texas City veterans clinic. The taxpayers paid for that wasted appointment, since there wasn't enough turnaround time to c as McElroy it and explain that it was because of a head injury caused by a defective food display in the Galveston Kroger. The corporation would gladly take my $$ fir decades to come, but my injuries and losses were solely MY PROBLEM?

The Asst. Manager, Tina, that is new to this store needs to get some training in customer service. I have been shopping at this store regularly for years and never had a real problem. Unfortunately when I went in tonight there was new staff and new management. When I asked Tina to verify something for me and told her I got my info off the website, she walked off and never answered my question. She wasn't going to get an answer from anywhere as she started walking to the doors and locking the doors. she did not worry about assisting me at all. She never came back to talk to me and as we started to leave she walked in and went the other direction. so much for customer service from the new assistant manager

Do homeless kids have to do homework? That seems fundamentally unfair. But it is also unfair to the kids with homes? Should those kids be penalized for having parents that can provide? Do they get homelesswork? Like, instead of math questions about John and his apples, they have to count the bottles they collect to eat that night? I really don't like how this is going. Anyway, Kroger has good prices and friendly employees. Kroger. 4/5 Stars.

I actually don't find much wrong with this Kroger...maybe with a little more remodeling it'll look better. For the most part employees are helpful.

Went to Kroger today for some Mike’s Bagels and all I could find was Mold and Flys in the bagels. Bring it to the attention of a worker and he says it not our fault but merely the fault of Pepperidge farms. Smh

I cannot Express how dissatisfied I am! I scheduled a delivery for 9/2/2019 that never arrived. It was to be delivered between 7 & 8 pm. By 9pm, I had not received my order, nor had anyone called, emailed or text. When I called customer service, she kept me on hold forever and then finally said she got ahold of the store and she said they just got started shopping. I told her to cancel that order because they were already over an hour late and hadn't even started shopping at 9pm. She didn't seem too happy about it, but canceled and told me it would be 3 to 5 days before I get my money. Never did she apologize or offer to make it right by talking to a manager or trying to have my order re-delivered. I ordered again for delivery today between 5 and 6. They finally delivered it at 6:45 pm and I'm missing almonds, lunch meat and lunch cheese! It's over $17 worth of groceries I'm missing, and I had to go back to the store, (I went to HEB instead!)to get the lunch meat and almonds for my daughters lunch. I would like to be compensated for the $17 in groceries I didn't receive, and I will most certainly not be shopping with this Kroger in the future.

They need some serious customer service training. The associates act like mindless automatons. The worst! at the register, no greeting, no conversation, no thank you.

This pharmacy is so bad I got home and checked online to make sure they gave me the right medication. 1. Turned in RX at about 3 pm. They said they (3), would be ready about 4pm the next day. 2. Went to pick up at 4:30 the next day and they didnt have them ready. 3. Came back to pick up (3rd trip), and they wanted to charge me $1000 for a medication I've been taking for 25 years and never paid more than $30. (of course I didnt get that one 4. Next day went back to pick up the RX to have filled somewhere else. (4th trip) I've been filling my RX's at medicine man but they are closed now. I moved here from Galveston and never had trouble with that Kroger pharmacy. I guess I'll go back to Galveston I have to question a pharmacy that is so unprofessional and just didnt seem to care. BEWARE! Check your medications. I really didnt even want to give them 1 star.

I love aged cheeses, but these people are extremists! This was the second nasty thing we found on the shelves, just waiting for an innocent customer's hard- earned money. This place is pretty disgusting at times. Moldy stuff on the shelves is a direct result of not rotating properly and/or negligence. Not paying attention. Not giving a rat's donkey. BLECCCCH!!!!

Would never buy anything from their deli. The deli meat is always spoiled when we get it.
