Worst pharmacy experience ever!!! Rude, disorganized and incompetent. I’d rate it zero but that’s not an option. Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE

I love this Kroger, but will never use the pharmacy here again. The staff are so unnecessarily ill-mannered and unhelpful.

It generally takes me 3 to 4 visits to get my prescriptions filled. Getting ANYTHING filled within 24 hours is unlikely. I could go on. Cancelled my membership and put in a complaint with corporate. Horrible!

Never, ever communicated with me after I endured a head wound in the Galveston store, because of flaws in shelf displays in the area that f packaged dry pasta. LIABILITY. They'd rather a disabled woman veteran as n languish, th as m check to see if there was a single thing their store ir corporation could do to assist. At the very least, 90 minutes after I was injured, I was supposed to have an appointment with a physician at the Texas City veterans clinic. The taxpayers paid for that wasted appointment, since there wasn't enough turnaround time to c as McElroy it and explain that it was because of a head injury caused by a defective food display in the Galveston Kroger. The corporation would gladly take my $$ fir decades to come, but my injuries and losses were solely MY PROBLEM?

I work at an ER , during the winter storm I fell and hurt myself pretty bad. I went and got seen at my job, I had my scripts sent to this pharmacy. This pharmacy called my job and was SO RUDE to them, to my co workers. Questioning the medication I got and just being down right hateful ! I was so mad I called and cancelled my script as soon as I found out. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!! Y’all need to learn some manners !!!!!!!!!!!! And yes I do work at an ER so I will be letting people know what this pharmacy did. And will be suggesting other places for them to get their script filled.

I came in to get my Prescription at 5:50 pm on new years day. There were 2 people ahead of me. I wasn't aware that they had changed their closing time from 7 pm to 6 pm. I waited 10 minutes and they closed the gates. Closed down and left me without my blood thinner. I guess they decided they had waited on enough people that day already. That is the poorest example of customer service I have ever witnessed. If they don't want to do their job, they should quit working there or get fired. Up yours, Sandy!

Do homeless kids have to do homework? That seems fundamentally unfair. But it is also unfair to the kids with homes? Should those kids be penalized for having parents that can provide? Do they get homelesswork? Like, instead of math questions about John and his apples, they have to count the bottles they collect to eat that night? I really don't like how this is going. Anyway, Kroger has good prices and friendly employees. Kroger. 4/5 Stars.

I actually don't find much wrong with this Kroger...maybe with a little more remodeling it'll look better. For the most part employees are helpful.

This pharmacy is so bad I got home and checked online to make sure they gave me the right medication. 1. Turned in RX at about 3 pm. They said they (3), would be ready about 4pm the next day. 2. Went to pick up at 4:30 the next day and they didnt have them ready. 3. Came back to pick up (3rd trip), and they wanted to charge me $1000 for a medication I've been taking for 25 years and never paid more than $30. (of course I didnt get that one 4. Next day went back to pick up the RX to have filled somewhere else. (4th trip) I've been filling my RX's at medicine man but they are closed now. I moved here from Galveston and never had trouble with that Kroger pharmacy. I guess I'll go back to Galveston I have to question a pharmacy that is so unprofessional and just didnt seem to care. BEWARE! Check your medications. I really didnt even want to give them 1 star.
