I had labs sent to this location and called ahead to make sure they could do the test. No one answered, so I listened to the automated message, which said they were open until 4 PM. I got there at 3 PM and they were already closed.
I get that sometimes hours change, but if you’re not going to answer the phone, the least you could do is make sure the info on the recording is accurate. People rely on this when they can’t get through to a real person. Super frustrating.

Heartbreaking. I visited this place a few weeks back for a lab ordered pre surgery risk assessment.. No lab results yet. It’s so hard on me to have to drive there because they NEVER answer the phone!

Super easy and quick process! Check in was a breeze, the lab tech was super nice, and the process was virtually painless because she was very gentle. In the past, I have tended to get really woozy, so I told her that and she gave me an alcohol wipe in case I got nauseated. Definitely recommend this location!

Great: speedy and got my vein on the first try which was great.Not so great: Lab tech was rude when I asked her to please hand sanitize or wash her hands before doing my blood samples after we had done my urine sample. She did do it but afterwards continued to go on about how it's not in the rules to do that and she shouldn't have done it. She said she only has to wash her hands between patients, not while with the same patient. I work in health care (hospital environment), I felt she was unprofessional in how she reacted to a patient's concerns about hand hygiene.Overall: I would not return to this location due to my negative interaction with the lab tech.

Simple & easy check in process. Was seen promptly. Miss Doris was my lab tech and she was very pleasant and efficient. I recommend Lab Corp at Walgreens!
