Very helpful stuff I had accidentally lost a bag of bolts needed for my kids bunk bed able to bring in one bolt and they were able to help me match the exact bolts needed to put everything back together! They saved my life.

Some items that are sought have not been found here. Staff are helpful whether or not they have what I'm looking for and the lack of intelligence of how to park astonishes me. 5 cars parked next to door. Such a shame you guys ask for a second bowl of stupid.

Very poor customer service. I went to pick up an order and waited over 20 minutes without anyone coming out.
I called the store, someone answered and told me to hold… but they never came back to the line. Then, an elderly woman came out to ask about the order, but she forgot her scanner and took another 15 minutes to return. When she came back, she sent me to another spot in the parking lot, and after waiting there, a couple of guys finally showed up to load the item—very slowly. Overall, not an efficient or pleasant experience.

I have three rental houses that I buy stuff for from Home Depot normally but I was next to a Lowe’s so I went to Lowe’s when I had a return they wouldn’t take it back after I stood in line for 45 minutes and watched three people help one person This is possibly the dumbest trip I’ve ever had. I just left a little $10 pipe at there and I have a lot of places I would like them to stick that pipe.
