Cesar was amazing today. I had been having some major problems with Simple Mobile on my previous phone. I went to switch my service to Metro PCS and encountered numerous obstacles that would have frustrated almost anyone. Cesar worked with me and my previous carrier to finally resolve the issues I had been having. He was patient and more helpful than he will ever know. If you are looking for new service or to switch carrier, I strongly recommend this Metro PCS location. Ask for Cesar. Thank you Cesar.

Very unprofessional they don't answer the phone and they lied to you and when you go to the store they close the door on you and they hide behind the counter.
