I got my catalytic converters replaced here a few months ago. I dropped my vehicle off the evening prior and the work was do e in mid afternoon the next day. They were willing to work with me and I didn't feel pressured into doing things right then even though they found some other issues. My experience was pleasant and they acted professional with me. I will be returning in the future.

brought my truck in for rear axle seals and rear drums,they quoted me a prive I agreed on and a turn around of the next day.That turned into 2 1/2 days .So i guess it was one day of sitting in the parking lot and 1 1/2 days of them try to beat the axle bearing off the axle? They are INCOMPETENT! my TRUCK NOW IS IN A LOT WORSE SHAPE THEN I BROUGHT IT IN THE BRAKES DO NOT WORK THE REAR END IS SHAKING LIKE ITS ABOUT TO FALL APART. i NOW HAVE ANOTHER SHOP TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY SCREWED UP. this has been a nightmare this guy has a couple young inexperienced guys in his shop and he probably only knows enough about cars to screw something up. THE GUY WALKS AROUND WITH A SIDE ARM.IM SURE ITS BECAUSE HE IS USED TO HANDING OVER HIS SHODDY WORK WITH A BIG BILL AND MECHANICAL PROBLEMS REMAINING..PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

Doug is just like the majority of the tradesman, no good i spent several thousand for them to work on two vehicles and the check engine light is still on both vehicles beware unless you got money to donate

The absolute best mechanic in our area! Full range of knowledge and absolutely does not want to dig deep into your pocket. Reasonable, gets the job done, and honest. We have used Mr Mechanic since at least 2013.. Will not take a vehicle any place else. Thank you Mr Doug you and your staff are the best around!

My brother and I were over to league city from gulf shores to purchase a boat. Turns out all 4 tires were dry rotted and we were suppose to just pick up and head back. Got to the tire shop at around 3:30 in the afternoon. The tire store got 3 of the 4 tires changed no issues. But stripped a lug on the 4th. Well the tire place doesn't fix those. I made some calls and found Mr. Mechanic at 5:15. Took it straight there per Doug. 5:45 we finally get there. He was able to cut the lug in half and get the 4th tire on for us. Doug i hope you know you and your team are a true blessing to everyone of your customers. By the way the boat towed great to gulf shores and we owe you and the boys a fishing trip all expenses paid. Thank you again.

Brought my truck here because velocity auto care in La Marque said that my warranty wouldn’t cover an “intermittently working” AC.
Summer, the manager, immediately told me that if it’s working “intermittently” then that means it’s failing and had my truck taken care of within two days. Very satisfied with her, the owner and their team.

They got me in and took care of my issue quickly and properly. The owner and mechanics were knowledgeable and solved problems in my truck and went the extra bit to fix it. Definitely will use them in the future and with total confidence
