“I want to give a lot of thanks to YOLANDA she really went above and beyond in helping me retrieve my package that accidentally got delivered to another nearby city. She kept up with giving me updates on what was going on and was super respectful.”

“I would like to thank our mail carrier Jennifer
She is a great mail carrier in Bacliff / Kemah area when she’s out we don’t get our mail on correct address.
She’s very carrying, friendly, and gets along with everyone. And she doesn’t mind pick ups I have a lot sometimes she doesn’t complain a bit. We love her and miss her when she’s not around. Hands up for you Jen we appreciate all you do rain or shine.”

“Just wanted to say the lady that works the clerk she was so sweet and very helpful. A man was in there when I got there being extremely hostile to her and disrespectful and she handled it with class. She deserves a raise. ;)”

“I ship things daily, and this is by far the best post office around. They took they time to TEACH me the best way to ship for the least price. He spent about 15 minutes with me (there was nobody in the lobby).”

“****update****
They have really stepped their game up at this post office!! Super sweet workers that help with whatever you need!!

The ladies inside were very nice. I am giving 2 stars because for the past 3 weeks I have tried several times daily to call and no one ever answers the phone. So I have driven there twice from San Leon because I need to know where to put our mailbox. Both times they have taken down my name and number and said someone would call me, but it is now been a week again and no call. In the meantime, we have no idea where our mail is being delivered.

Also, last year, when my address was in Dickinson, not San Leon, I had a $700 phone that showed delivered and yet I never received it. The post office said it must have been delivered to the wrong address. Needless to say, I never received my cell phone. I think someone stole it.”

“Been 20 years since I had to go into a post office. I should do it more often. Lady who helped me was super helpful. I didn't have anything I actually needed but she got me squared away. Place needs the yard mowed, bad. Some paint wouldn't hurt either, but with the current state of things, I'm happy they are still keeping the lights on.”
