“Fantastic customer service. I don’t understand some post office locations can’t provide the great customer service I have gotten at Kemah. I now skip league city and make the drive over to Kemah because I know I will receive outstanding customer service”

415 Grand Avenue, Bacliff TX 77518
“The nicest man working there. Any time I have a scare with a package being lost or stuck he calls me immediately the next day and gives me the updates he sees then makes sure it gets delivered to my door as soon as he gets it. Couldn't be happier with their services. Now if all post offices could be more like this one usps would be great again.”

“I ship things daily, and this is by far the best post office around. They took they time to TEACH me the best way to ship for the least price. He spent about 15 minutes with me (there was nobody in the lobby).”

5826 Broadway Avenue J, Galveston TX 77551
“I’m shocked to see such a poor rating! I’ve never had a problem with this post office, and staff has been friendly and helpful. I mail things overseas, across the country, and locally quite a bit, as my family is far and wide! The one time they lost a package, it was found quickly! They do a great job despite budget cuts and political foul winds. Love my post office!”
