Took my Q80 Infiniti in yesterday morning to have my hood painted and today I picked it up. They did an Awesome job and the Bonus for me is they had it so clean🤩. Customer service is Wonderful. I highly recommend Frank’s Collision 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

ALERT!!! Please do not bring your car to FRANKS COLLISION REPAIR. We paid 11,000 dollars for work on our car. We have a leak...
We talked to Donny Slaton the manager and showed him the issue. he notified us since it was only a six month warranty...There was nothing he can do for us. He didn’t offer to look at... He was not concerned
Also. The part is factory it was never changed.
I’m flabbergasted that he did not show any concern nor offer any help.

My dad took his car there for repairs after an accident. The service is horrible. There was only 2 guys working there that didn't know what they were doing. The lady in the front also didn't know anything. They did not do a good job on the body work and did not finish the work on the trim. Part of the trim was laying in the floorboard of the car and my dad had to go back and have them put it on. The safety drivers side assist feature that alerts when a car is next to you doesn't work after they did their "work" and now they refuse to fix it. Do not take your car here if you want it done right.

Took my vehicle to Frank's for repairs, they originally told me it would take about 1-11/2 weeks to do the work ,to my surprise it only took them 4 days. The service I received there was great. Cynthia was extremely helpful throughout the whole process? I highly recommend them.

I visited Frank a few days ago after my car lit up like a Christmas tree. I was so nervous to find out what the damage is going to be.. as soon as I walked in, I got greeted by the manager, Ashley! She’s absolutely incredible! She’s extremely knowledgeable And helped me understand what was going on with my car! She explained everything with such detail i was so impressed! My problem was resolved the same day. I’m definitely recommending Ashley at franks to all my friends. Thank you so much Ashley, keep up the great job!!!!

I had totaled my vehicle, basically breaking every control arm, front struts, and even cracking the engine cradle. After taking it to Frank's, I got my car back, and it feels as if I just got it off the dealership lot again! Great service and friendliness!
