The check in process was completed on a very easy to understand kiosk.I was a walk in patient. Within 5 minutes of my check-in, they called me in to draw my blood.The phlebotomist was courteous, efficient and very professional. I have had my blood drawn here for many years and the experience has always been pleasant .

Check in as a walk in was very easy. The scanner took all of my information quickly and efficiently. Denise was my phlebotomist and she was friendly, professional and very good at taking my blood… it was a painfree experience. I recommend this Quest lab and Denise if you need blood drawn!

Yesterday, I arrived at 11:55. When I walked in a healthcare worker was yelling and rolling her eyes at a customer. I do not know what prompted that situation.Anywho, my appointment was scheduled for 12:10PM. I was not called to the back until 12:30. I sat in the room until 12:38 and would have been longer if a standby customer did not remind her that I had an appointment and she did not. The worker took 2 standby patients prior to seeing me for my scheduled visit.I left this facility dissatisfied but I understand to a certain extent…they are understaffed. They need a better system and need more staff members. With that being said, be prepared to wait and your appointment time does not matter —-sometimes walk-ins are seen before scheduled patients.

Email said nothing about making an appointment for ua. Super long wait after drinking alot of water expecting to come in and pee.

i went on Thursday and there was only 2 workers a man and a women and it said about a 20 min wait. 3 mins later the lady pulled me to the back idk if it was the time that i went it was around 3:30pm no lines and they were really quick and super nice. i would go there again!

This establishment should be shut down. I have read so many reviews that date back to 2019. It seems that the Quest customer service is just an automated response. This Lab has staff that are very rude and yell at the patients in the waiting area. They seem very comfortable being so rude to patients . If you want to make an official complaint do so by calling 908-895-8275 and they will call you back.The only way to get results is to let Corporate know that Texas City Quest is very unprofessional and to clean up all that toxicity in that lab. I am not going back and I will let my Doctor know .

Unable to schedule an appointment I June because it keeps saying 77550 is not a valid zip code for GALVESTON. And there is NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ! What do people do who do t have access to make an appointment via the internet?

I’m not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from but my service was great! They were all nice and Gia was very helpful. She explained how my insurance would be billed and everything. I also didn’t wait long at all.

Terrible. Took forever and ever when I had an appt. I rather drive up further and use more gas. They told me I didn't have any labs when I know for a fact I do. Ridiculous. Very rude too.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. No matter how kind you try to be to the techs in there they are RUDE and unprofessional. Avoiding this location to drop off labs from now on.
