⭐ 1 star only because I can’t give zero. They don’t pay attention to who they hire; they clearly don’t know anything about customer service. The cashier Yolanda didn’t greet me, sighed with annoyance when I placed my items on the counter, and then told me that next time I should remove the hangers from the clothes myself, even though that’s not my job. On top of that, she stuffed all my items into one overfilled bag, poorly arranged, as if she just wanted me to leave. Very bad experience.

Giving a bad review because one of the employees, her name is Yolanda, she treated me and my mom really really bad, she was extremely rude to us. Ross should be very careful when hiring people and they need to train them so they can work in customer service. This lady was actually being rude to everyone in the line, she wasn’t even greeting people at all like other employees do.

Naomi or Christi I had to ask multiple for a name when requesting policy about returns. Simple questions and was communicated through radio. Customer service needs an update.

Ross is my happy place! Always a treasure hunt, great deals to be had! Lots of things on clearance, big savings! Some times finding something you've heard of and wanted to try, or just finding things by wandering around.

Very upsetting conversations I heard from the head manager talking about the customers in the store a couple days ago. Bathroom was unsanitary and had dried blood smeared on the handle of the stall door. Completely disappointed right now

They pick on women with more than one child, the staff members are rude and have attitude. Corporate needs to be involved ASAP!! Customer service is bad and they need CORPORATE TO STEP IN FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
