I had trouble getting this paint from another Sherwin Williams store. I came to Texas City and talked to the attendants and they were very knowledgeable. Marisela went the extra mile and colored to match my paint (promar 200) all 15 gallons. Needless to say I'm a very happy customer. I will definitely stop by here whenever I'm doing projects in Galveston. For the record, Sherwin Williams is a great store. Good quality and all. It's just that the people working there sometimes don't want to bother with a little bit of paint like mine. Or maybe they don't know how. Lucky for me I was able to find this particular store here in Texas City.

Sales associates, Neil and Aiden, were/are awesome! I came in about 20 mins before the store closed with a fairly big material list. These gentlemen were patient, helpful, attentive, and just overall easy to do business with - especially at the end of a long day of work. This store is my local store, which is why it's my go to store. Customer service has always been excellent, and Neil and Aiden are examples of that. Good Job!

I went in today with a list of colors and an incredibly kind and knowledgeable service person, named Stef, took time to patiently help me gather samples as she answered questions and discussed the palette.With front facing personnel of her caliber, stunning colors, and quality paint, Sherwin-Willians has won my heart.

I need not even bother with other Sherwin-Williams locations (unless i absolutely had to!). When you've had the best, why mingle with the rest? From my first visit at this place (years ago) to my most recent, I have never left disappointed with the quality service their team always provides! With service this great, its no wonder their employees get promoted to other locations (just as they should!). If you get the wonderful opportunity to get assistance from Neal... then you had a worthwhile trip!? Oh, and as for the product, they have QUALITY.

Just show up and the skinny lady in it since its 5:58pm don't want to sell anything cause its time for her to clock out looks like they don't want to work over time or Sherwin Williams won't want to pay them over time.Definitely lack of customer service on this store

I sure wish that they stayed open until 5 like they say they do on Saturdays. Closing at 4:45 is not closing at 5. Knock knock knock where is everyone?

This place EASILY gets five stars. Every time I call, Luis is very helpful. He knows the products, and delivers with great customer service, well! He actually listens to your needs and adequately caters to them. It's so beneficial when staff are knowledgeable of the products. There's another lady there that is also very helpful. She takes her time with the customers and seems to be a WHIP! I will only shop this location for my painting needs.
