Aimee was fantastic! We got our unit right away, she walked me over to preview, demonstrated the lock and let me practice, got my gate code set up, and gave me a reminder card for bill due date. In and out in minutes with everything we needed. Thank you!

Friendly service and always accommodating!! Would always check on us to see if we needed anything while we were putting stuff in the unit or taking it out, always provided waters to us. I'd recommend using SmartStop Self Storage 100%

Only 1 thing wrong. The keypad to enter the east side door was inop for quite a while.
The onsite rep, Amy, is amazing and the new person, Kim is also top notch. Totally professional and kind.
A little pricey, but they made it worth the extra money to rent here.
