Needed to find a place quick and StoneRidge had what I was looking for. It wasn’t the best conditions but With the help of the leasing agent, Estelisse she really made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process! I believe in good costumer service and she has it! I moved in a month ago and she still checks in with me to make sure everything is going well. And any maintenance issues I had upon move in she was on top of it with the maintenance team.

I lived here for 1 year from 10/21 to 8/22 (but paid lease through 10/22 - I unexpectedly moved out of state). This complex was amazing when I first applied and moved in. Within 2 months of moving in, the staff changed and the new staff were unprofessional, impolite, and not knowledgeable. Also, I had an unhinged neighbor upstairs with a long arrest record, who actually shot the window out of a neighbor's vehicle. The complex did nothing about this - and I felt so unsafe. They ultimately charged me over $200 in cleaning fees after moving out (even though I paid $600 in pet fees mere months before moving out) and while I did leave one item behind to be taken to the dumpster (I had to move out in the middle of the night to avoid the unhinged neighbor) - I'm not paying over $200 for what took the maintenance man approximately 30 seconds to handle. Also, they tried to charge me an additional two days past my lease -which is weird since I left the state in August and was clearly NOT in the apartment after that. Two stars because maintenance was professional and prompt the couple times I called and the apartment was beautiful. The gate never worked, and people just drove through on the tails of others anyway.

Now I initially moved to Stone around 02/2014. When I first moved the property was well kept and management was good. Over the years it started to go downhill. A few months ago, I wrote, called, and personally went into the office to discuss the strong odor of Marijuana coming up through the vents. I got tired of inhaling it. I was advised next time I smell it to let the office know, I told the assistant manger while on the phone with her I smell it now. She then told me best thing to do since I don't know for sure which apartment it's coming from is to call the peace officer. In order to avoid confusion I decided to move. The carpet had not been cleaned and blinds not changed as previously promised last time I signed the lease. I was told my microwave would not be replaced which was included in my lease of course after years it would go out. I decided to apply at the Veranda and got approved which is also owned by the same company. I put in a 45 day move out notice to secure the apartment I wanted. The assistant manager told me I hate to lose you. Please don't make a decision until the manager comes back from vacation we can move you to a different apartment with better amenities in a different section. I told her okay. The next day I got a call from her saying by law I must give a 60 day notice and the district manager found out I applied to the Veranda and has blocked the application 60 days and once I finish at Stoneridge, I can move to Veranda. Based on the reason why I wanted to move, how long I had lived there and how I was now being treated I decided I no longer wanted to be at either one. I paid rent I was told to pay through the 30th but moved on the 15th. Now I had a pet so a deposit was paid for a pet deposit which automatically pays for the carpet to be replaced today, I received a bill for a 225.00 carpet clean and damage fee along with some other ridiculous charges but at the end of the day it's really to try and get more money out of me, a good tenant they should have done right by in the first place. Thousands of dollars lost from a person who as a reliable renter.

Bad communication with staff, does not call back unless it’s convenient for them.Terrible location, not worth the money, cops are called on other tenets, loud, some residents are nice.Lots of dogs, trash everywhere on the weekends. Don’t forget about the bugsI had to personally clean the location when I moved in.“we get a lot of complaints about our Cleaning company”I live in an un renovated unit

These people are unprofessional, liars, and thieves. I paid $206 in admin and application fees. I received the approval letter via email. A few days have gone by and no apartment, no update, just lies. I think that they never had an actual apartment available. They are running a scam to take in application and administrative fees from unsuspecting renters. Don’t bother calling or scheduling a “tour”. They will stand you up and not even be there. If they are there, they will be rude, condescending, and show you a filthy apartment that someone just vacated. Don’t trust this place.
