This store is a joke. Ordered pajamas and they messed up and sent two tops instead of tops and pants. They refused to refund or correct the order in the store since I ordered online even though online customer service told me to get the exchange or refund at the store. Manager was lazy and refused. I watched the manager be very unprofessional and rude to customers ahead of me, then was rude and unhelpful to me as well. Definitely appeared racist and entitled. Needs to be fired.

I came in on May 3rd, the store was completely empty and no workers. I proceeded to shop, after 20 minutes two associates came out from the back and didn’t greet or offer any help.While I was shopping one of the associates was heading to the counter moved my stroller out of the way without saying a word. She was very rude, didn’t even bother excusing her self. After I was done shopping I went to the register to purchase my item. INGRED didn’t bother looking up to see if we were ready, my friend had to call her for attention. She walked inside the counter and said “I’ll check you on this corner”. I ONLY had ONE item and couldn’t even grab it and set it on the register she was using, instead she waited for my friend to move the item. She proceeded to check us out. INGRED attitude was very ugly, unwelcoming and lazy behavior. Corporate needs to reevaluate their workers and consider hiring better talent.

They are more expensive than the same clothes online. The lady did say they would price match but I had to show her each dress online and that was “if you get service in here”. So she knew that prices were more expensive and she knew they had crummy phone service there. There were other people in line so I told her I would just buy them online. The store is so cramped you can’t even push a strolled through. You would expect a children’s store to at least accommodate people with kids.

Sooo I don’t really write reviews but I am now, as I was disappointed in what I had to experience when I came here to shop for clothes for my little one yesterday. There were two women working, I didn’t see where the line started so I stood in the wrong place (where I thought was the line) and the cashier yelled at me telling me in a kinda rude way that the line started that way as she proceeded to point where the line actually started. So I let that go because that was my fault, I should have looked around first. Furthermore, I decided to look around some more since there were some clothes that caught my attention, after I was done, I got in line. As soon as it was my turn, the cashier looked at another customer (out of the line) if she was ready to check out. So I thought maybe she didn’t see me so I asked if she was open. She continued to inform me she would check the other lady out first. At this point I’m ready to drop what I had and leave but I really needed to buy these clothes for my baby as I work crazy hours and I don’t have much time to shop.I truly believe it was because I am Hispanic, I have never experienced this in Houston so that’s why I’m disappointed.

I went to this store yesterday with my soon to be 2 year old and being very much near delivery of our next daughter. While in the store my daughter had a meltdown and the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful in getting what I needed and helped me distract my daughter until I completed my transactions.Mind you, the staff are not there to do my job as a parent but oh how I needed the help yesterday. It was very much appreciated as I was half dying in my mask in addition to the heat and an 8 month pregnant belly on top of bags.They were all so wonderful!!!

the manager is so rude. it took her forever to process a refund, manager was talking to a friend instead of helping the cashier with my refund.

I love coming here, brought some visiting family also. the only bad experience was the girl working in Aunt Annie cinnabon. I know the place was crowded. but there was no need to be rude to customers

buy the new jacket online for my daughter but they left the security tag stick on the jacket, have to bring them back to the store to take off . waist time
