“Truck was overall better than the last 26 ft truck I got from uhaul, tires felt like at least one had a bubble in it from 15 mph to 55 mph it's extremely rough ride even when loaded. Only letting uhaul know about it.
As far as the equipment I'd not know I didn't load anything or unload it, not sure what shape it was in but normally it's not even there, so I keep my own. Customer service was fast and friendly helpful as well.”

“GPS guides you wrong towards the back but entrance is by hwy service rd. Service was great. The guy sittingwas friendlyand offered water and guided us towrds the pick up bcs the app was not working properly. Good truck only issue mirrors were dirty from inside but I've experienced that on all type of rentals. Not only Uhaul. Overall I had a really good experience and will rent from here when in need.”

“I had a good experience. Just remember to vacuum before you return the car if it's messy because you do sign so sort agreement that states there is a vacuum fee if you return it dirty. Be there early for your vehicle if you need it right away, because there may be a 20 or more minute wait. Check the vehicle tires before you leave because even with additional insurance, it does not cover tires. I did prepaid so that may helped reserved a vehicle for me. I did dropped by the day before and asked about the vehicle cause I needed a mini van. I wanted make sure they had one.”

“Went there, today and, talked with Derrill about getting my key for the storage I rented. I messed up and got one without controlled air. He helped me right away and fixed it and I got one that is air controlled. He is very friendly and nice and very much helpful. I was treated with full respect. So if you need or want a storage I highly recommend this place. You can't get many people these days that are helpful and cares about there people. Thank you Derrill you was amazing at what you do.
