“Amelia is the best!! I have never had such a great experience with any facilities like hers. She went out of her way to help clear up a charge from another location that didn't clear my unit as closed. Got my refund and all. Easy to talk to and I don't mind saying this, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY! Very pleased with the location you take care of.”
“These people are amazing. I moved out on a Saturday was so busy I was going to wait till Monday to tell them it was cleaned out and they already did it for me and refunded me the left over money . I will be back and tell everyone how great they are”
“This is a great place to rent a uhaul, get your car inspected, and they even have a Lil antique shop, all in the same building! The staff is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend it!”
“The lady Wendy that is working there at the counter she is great and she knows her business she is a great help on letting you know what she can do to help you out for a trailer or a truck. She was very kind and polite to me when I was there Don't find many places like that anymore but this one is so thank you Wendy for all your help”

“Great experience with Uhaul providing a truck and trailer to move across the great state of Texas. Wouldn't choose any other rental agency to handle my reservation. Thanks again for making the move as simplistic as it could be on your end of things.”
“GPS guides you wrong towards the back but entrance is by hwy service rd. Service was great. The guy sittingwas friendlyand offered water and guided us towrds the pick up bcs the app was not working properly. Good truck only issue mirrors were dirty from inside but I've experienced that on all type of rentals. Not only Uhaul. Overall I had a really good experience and will rent from here when in need.”
“I would like to commend Vanessa (not sure if I spelled it correctly) for providing top-quality service. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! She was warm, patient, and went above and beyond to help me resolve a major issue.
Thank you again!??”

“I needed to get a brake controller installed on my truck and they knew exactly what I needed and got it done. Took longer than they said it would take, but at least it was done and reasonably priced.”
“We Africa at 12:59 on a Sunday when they closed at 1. The lovely gentleman with braids and a beautiful smile was beyond helpful. He knows what going above and beyond means. Struggling with credit cards on a Sunday, he offered suggestions and we figured it out. So blessed there people like him!”

“Natasha is a miracle worker. I had trouble getting into a climate controlled unit got sent to different locations. Finally got sent here and she happened to be getting here. Thank god!!! She got all my issues straight and told me what to do about the other units, got me a gate code- made sure it worked. She is literally the best.”
