Was iffy about moving in at first but honestly the apartment exceeded my expectations! If you’re looking for a place to live definitely check out the verandas!! Ask for Taylor! She went above and beyond helping us and made the whole process super easy!!

Is it normal for non-residents to have loud pool parties every day at 3 a.m? That is exactly what is happening at The Verandas.

Update: recently I had discovered TOXIC BLACK MOLD in my unit.. front office only offered to shampoo my carpets. Contractors cut the spot out leaving traces behind, told me it was front a leaking pipe but did nothing about it then patched it up and left my wall 3 shades of tan.I have been here since 2018, and have had nothing but smooth living up until this past March. I had gotten one notice of my renewal (usually I’d get twice in months prior to end date up), but once I tried to contact the front I never got a response. I emailed and called to have my lease sent only to be ignored. The day AFTER I paid my rent, surprise! i was sent my renewal which was priced at the same rate I paid for April, pretty ironic. Had to contact corporate to get even the slightest help but yet here I am again with no response from either. This is absolutely ridiculous. The lack of communication is disgusting. I have paid my rent on time, never caused any issues and have lived quietly for FIVE YEARS but this is just horrible.. Upgrades might make the property look better, but your unprofessional staff are ruining that. Before I forget, people are also allowed to leave their trash sitting outside their doors for opossums to go through and cause horrible smells, along with dog owners leaving piles of poop everywhere which then gets thrown when the lawn gets mowed. I’m sure you can imagine the smell.

I was told they had a garage available to rent. After I signed the lease, I was told there are no garages available. Bait and switch.

I lived here for 4 years and couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. It is beautiful, affordable, well-maintained, and the office staff are very communicative. The amenities were amazing too.

We've been at the Veranda for almost 2 years now. Upon moving in, we were in a bit of a bind needing to leave our old place but having nowhere to go.. BUT, The Lord Jesus worked out the impossible - like only He can do!!! It was like a ray of sunshine on a gloomy day! We've thoroughly enjoyed our time here - not to mention, as if the living quarters weren't enough, the office and maintenance staff are really nice people! (even the new folks)! They all truly seem to care about the residents and our needs, very hospitable in their service! There were a few situations where I had suspicions and doubts, but turns out, they were merely just that, suspicions and doubts! I give ALL the Glory to God, for HE IS GREAT and Worthy to be Praised!!!???P.S. To anyone reading this that doesn't know, The Lord Jesus our LOVING Savior, because of His GREAT LOVE gave His Life (died) for our sins, then in 3 days arose with ALL POWER freeing us from eternal destruction, to Reconcile unto Himself those that Believe it. Like a loving father that yearns for the return of a child that's gone astray, MUCH MORE His Love for us!? ☝?☝?? it's your choice to Believe.

Front office is pretty useless. I’ve contacted them many times about a dog being left out on a patio all day while owners are gone. This time it was at 3am for a little over 30 mins. They also let anybody just sort through packages because the complex doesn’t have enough parcel lockers.

I have been living at the Veranda for the past five six years and have nothing but good to say about the management and staff. The property is always clean the rooms are beautiful. I have to downsize to another place and sadly will be moving but happy that I had the experience with The Veranda. Danielle and also Scarlett the new lady in the office was very helpful and friendly.

I currently live at the Veranda apartments and enjoy my neighborhood. However, management does need to improve. This year alone they have blocked off all access to the Package Concierge system (it holds packages for residents who then scan a barcode to retrieve our items). Management put up fences and locks around the machine restricting our (resident) access. Now they state it’s because of COVID-19 and they want to enforce social distancing, but tell me really how does locking up mail I legally paid for help in social distancing. It’s not like the entire neighborhood stands at the package concierge all day long. Highly disappointed in the management team.

This review is a bit out of the ordinary, but still well deserved. I do not live at the Veranda, never have. However, I have gone there seeking residence. Upon arriving, I was given a tour that I wasn't expecting. The premises were VERY clean and well kept, especially the communal areas (which usually tend to be so-so). After the tour, I was given a lot of helpful information, as well as the application forms. They lady I met with (Danielle) informed me that as a follow-up, they have a text messaging service that will notify me and is optional of my participation. The text messaging service is the most of why I'm leaving this review.. If you're anything like me, you ask a TON of questions when it comes to engaging in new things. I like to know all the ends and outs, and know EXACTLY what I'm getting myself into. Starting that day (Thursday), the next day and the following Tuesday (because they were closed for Labor Day), I went on a texting spree! Asking question after question after question.. Let me tell you, this staff never ceased to give me the uppermost respect, patience, diligence, and kindness the ENTIRE TIME. This is a staff that goes above and beyond to meet the needs of even their potential residents. If you're looking for a place to live, this is the type of management and staff you want to live with!! Their prompt attention to my needs made me want to live there all the more!!! (I wish I could give more stars!)

We have been a tenant for a month, and so far, it is a good and safe place to live.Application and communication - We are from abroad, and we are able to arrange everything with the help of Jamie via online only. She respond actively to all our queries and helped us for all the documents to comply. At first, before our arrival, we are quite doubtful if really the place is the same as the pictures, that they have sent as a model unit. We dont have a choice but to trust them, as we dont know anyone in the place that can confirm. But thank God, Expectation vs Reality has been matched. You can trust what they claim.Danielle is also friendly and accommodating to us.They update all the residents via sms or email to any events or changes happening.Cost- We took an Upgrade unit in ground/1st floor. It is worth the space and everything is in good condition upon our arrival.Downside - nothing much, but the apartment has 3 floors, and we are in first floor. I believe our neighbors upstairs has a toddler and family is in good body built. You can hear their footsteps especially when the kid jumps around their place. It is not loud and not disturbing for us, but you can hear it.Also, they dont have elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor. But overall, we like the place to live. We can rest peacefully and it is quite.Thank you Veranda Management for keeping our place livable. ?

"Great Place To Call Home!"The property owners really out did themselves by bringing in Jamie and Danielle as managment. Jaime and Danielle are truly two amazing kind individuals that go above and beyond for their tenant's happiness.

They allow people to leave trash outside their apartments for weeks at a time, even when you call and complain about your neighbors trash smelling. I'm embarrassed to live here because of everyone elses trash. There are better complexes out there that take pride in their living spaces. Rent prices go up everytime too.

I relocated from the UK in October, having been new to the country with no family or friends, I have found everyone to be really friendly and accommodating. Jamie, Danielle, Sylvia and Lisa (who was the previous manager) have always listening and offered immediate solutions. It is like a family who seem to genuinely care about me. Maintenance has resolved our concerns promptly and respectfully (all being fair our problems were very minor- dryer drum and I got magnet stuck in the garbage disposal). We do live on the 3rd floor and I haven't noticed much noise day/night. Obviously, it is hard to control noise from outside during summer when the children are off school but it is not at all too much in my opinion. Other than that, we will be looking at an upgraded apartment in a few months so will update review depending on that. I have also had some trash concerns- however, I wasn't bagging boxes and sometimes it is a hit and miss but not the end of the world. The court has finally opened, making my husband very happy! As I don't use the gym, court, theatre room much, I don't notice it much anyway. However, I know there is a movie and snacks weekly, which I think is great for children and families. I love the pool, it is clean and well kept! I am enjoying this as in England, it is never warm enough for outdoor swimming. The best part is the package concierge, which makes home shopping so much more easier! On overall, the staff at Veranda has made my transition smooth and I have met some really lovely people, residents included! I am looking forward to the upgrades, hopefully some community events and checking out an upgraded apartment. Thank you V.
