every time a mistake. this time they didnt fill a pers ription (1 of 4) claiming my insurance i never give them didnt cover it. with no apology and dismissive attitude, they are in no hurry to fill it now knowing i have surgery tomorrow. drive farther and save time and grief.no manager on duty, pharmasist cant be persuaded by the team lead to care. they never called. it was a presealed/potioned perscription that needed a lable. they are incompetent, uncaring and slow.

This place suck! They never answer their phones and they are so rude! Take your business else where! I will be calling corporate for waiting on the phone for 45 mins

The place only had one cashier but she was nice and served me very well! Overall I enjoyed my experience there and I would be delighted to go there again.

Horrendous service at the pharmacy. And I mean terrible. They'll let you sit at the drive thru waiting for 5+ minutes without even acknowledging your wait, or saying they're helping someone in the store and they'll be with you once they're done. That only happens if you press the help button after waiting for quite some time. Otherwise you'll sit and wait unsure if they even know you're there. They can not locate files every other Walgreens in America can, despite getting every piece of information you could offer, and their overall willingness to help, be courteous, and be good at customer service is nonexistent. They do not enjoy their jobs, and it's blatantly obvious in their demeanor. The pharmacy manager seems to care, but can't do much when staff is overworked/understaffed/miserable. Switching my prescriptions to CVS.

This literally is the worst Walgreens I have been to, not only was I treated differently because I was of a different color but although my coupon had been clipped to receive the 99 cent tide promotion they were advertising in their add they said it wasn't showing it in their system when It was clearly showing it on my phone with my account and my phone number. The manager went in to insult me and ask me if I had multiple accounts. If that was the case I wouldn't be appalled or upset. It's not the first time this happens and I'm sick of being stereotyped and treated differently because of my race. Please save your money and go to elsewhere!!!
